I decided that since I go to Love's often enough (every day in different towns all over the USA), I should start writing reviews of their stores. This one is dirty when it comes to the showers. Mold, dirt, hair, trash, shi* streaks still in the toilet. Great water pressure though and shower head had a couple different settings which was nice. Evening store employees are kids who could probably care less. There's a complete lack of drive when it comes to hospitality and cleanliness. On a positive note, we got here at 2200 on a Friday and there was 10+ parking spots still available! Parking lot in general looked pretty clean too, So that's awesome!! read more

Loves will always be my go to truck stop no matter what state I'm in, they have the best showers and the rewards points are the best, the employees are nice and very helpful, I don't even drink coffee but I hear this location has great coffee for the people that drink it. read more

The name says it all ! The first time I came here was when the MegaBus stopped here on my way to Chicago and I fell in love. Love's has almost anything you could want when your on a road trip: dvds, junk/healthy food, radar detectors (watch out po-pos), clothing, toys, etc. They prices are average for what you would expect from a truck stop. Trucker review: This location is a typical Loves. Consistently clean, with a decent layout for truckers. A bit of a problem with their success in attracting customers is their parking lot gets full at night. During the day it can be pretty well populated, too. Watch out when the bus people arrive! It gets a bit crowded with people hurrying to use the restroom facilities and purchase food & travel items. Still, this Loves does a good job of keeping a flow of customers. OK, diesel fuel prices. The cash price is for cash only. If you try to use a debit card, you will pay credit card prices. Cash is king here, and by the way in the past week, this truck stop and the others in the immediate vicinity have had the best fuel prices in the Great Lakes region, bar none. They also have a tire facility here to service trucks. I'm not sure of their RV tire selection, but they can still service your own tires and can order locally, if need be. Megabus rest stop. Everything you need in a rest stop in one place. I have taken greyhound in California and we stop in a the middle of fast food land. All you can get is fast food. I was able to get something healthy (strawberries) here. There are about 4-5 bathrooms. Don't worry you'll have enough time to use the bathroom and also buy something to eat. There are gas station food and also a fast food joint connected. There is seating for you to enjoy your food. read more

This was a 30 minutes stop during my bus ride from Ann arbor to Chicago on the Megabus. The store is huge. It was well stocked with plenty of food and drink. There were the usual soft drinks, coffee and self served frozen drinks. Of course the road trip tidbits, small section of fried goodness, ice cream and small selection of fresh fruits as well as salads. There were other travel necessities too in travel sizes in case anyone forgot anything for their trip. The toilet was clean (cleaner than the one on the bus!) too. Hardee's was just next door serving hot brekky options. There were 4 check out registers so the wait was not too bad at all despite the influx of passengers into the shop. Outside there were plenty of gas pumps. One side was for the trucks and the other regular cars. read more

I stopped here going both directions between Chicago and Ann Arbor. It's a standard Love's Convenience Store (they're everywhere in the Southwest and Heartland) and has a Hardee's/Carl's Jr. attached. The bathrooms here are clean, but there are too few stalls to clear out a Megabus-full of people. read more

we stopped here on the Megabus. It is a big truck stop with a hardees. You can get anything from pre made sandwiches or fast food. They have showers for the truckers. You can buy headphones baseball hats t shirts as well as food and drinks in the loves store. The staff is friendly and the place is clean read more

I use this rest stop every time I go home. The bathroom is on the cleaner side, so that's a plus. Staff is always nice. That's across the board, whether it's late at night or early morning. read more

This is the stop that Megabus uses for their trips from Chicago to Ann Arbor/Detroit or vice versa. Bathrooms are clean. It is next to a Hardee's so you can grab a quick bite. The gas station has a convenience store for you to grab snacks and water. I got in on the 2 for $3 hot dogs. read more

Nice place, good service! Its nice to stop here in the middle of a mega bus trip. The restrooms are always clean and well atocked with the necessities and they have good options for snacks. The lady behind the counter was very helpful when i asked her a question despite the fact that it was crazy busy in there. Its a nice spot to stop and rest after traveling for a while. read more

My appreciation for this Love's Travel stop influences me to alter drinking, eating, and rest stop patterns just to make sure that I am able and somewhat appropriately primed to stop here. Perhaps the biggest reason is the Hardee's connected to it and there is only one other place in the state of Michigan to hit Hardee's that I know of and I've yet to make arrangements to visit that one. But beyond that, the facility is always clean and just friendly enough to meet the needs that I have. Not everything is fast or smiles and rainbows and unicorns, but for a service stop, this is one of my favorites. read more

Best Value fuels in town. Clean restrooms, showers cleaned and sanitized after each use(from what I hear). Decent selection of the usual beverages and snacks, but nothing out of the ordinary. Overall, the best stop between Chicago and Detroit. read more

Lazy, slow, lack priortization of customer service, speed and satisfaction. Hardees girl with the bad speech impediment decided to do a dinjng room check and replenish cash register AFTER our bus of 60 people shows up. We had 20 minutes so alot of people saw how long the service was taking and just jumped back on the bus. This environment is PRIME for competition! read more

This is the place the Mega Bus stops going to and from Chicago. It has a little of everything. Hardee's is the fast food place attached. Great biscuits. The bathroom was clean. Lots if souvenirs. If you want Michigan stuff they have it. Good place to stretch the legs. read more

They are a clean well maintained gas station/truck stop. I stopped here regularly to fill up my vehicle. But we warned you must pay and then move your vehicle immediately to a regular parking space. If you leave your vehicle at the pumps to use the facilities they will start calling for you to move your car over the loud speakers. Kinda embarrassing. It doesn't even have to be a busy day. They did it to me and when I high tailed it outside I found 9 pumps free and no other customers except me and two others. Weirdos. read more
