As for why I rate this place 1 star...the employees here are the rudest and most antagonizing bunch that I have ever come across. As a beauty and fashion blogger I tend to purchase a lot of items for myself, family and giveaways. You would think that if I'm legitimately going in with money/credit card I wouldn't be hassled like a common criminal but the group of employees here treat you as if it's a bother to sell their products to you. The first time I checked out the manager and store associate were questioning me about the items I was buying and it completely rubbed me the wrong way. I had the same experience on me second visit except this time the manager kept giving me sarcastic remarks as she rang me up. On my third visit, the manager tried to ban me from the store and argue with me in front of a store full of people. Once I returned home, I contacted corporate and they handled the situation. I've also used many of her makeup and beauty products over the years, and they're all phenomenal. I generally don't like wearing makeup and prefer a very natural look, which she's always been great at. Then for my wedding, I wanted to punch it up and go truly avant garde and make a statement with teal eye shadow. She pulled it off phenomenally, making sure I still looked elegant and beautiful and let my natural beauty show through under my teal eyelids.
