This is the worst store ever seriously. They never answer the phone. Phone rings and rings picks up then hangs up on me over snd over.. Although if they do they are rude. No wonder CVS is shutting Walgreens down. My story is much bigger than I want to take time for. read more

There are 10 people in line for prescriptions with on checkout person at the three stations. The drive through is backed up to FM 1960. Tremendouslyy understaffed and obviously poorly managed. read more

Stopped at this location for the "takecare clinic", as my child wasn't feeling 100%. Wait time wasn't bad at all, as we were the only ones waiting. They are very nice and I am thankful they are nearby and open on weekends! read more

This is a nice Walgreens location... The pharmacy is 24 hours and the crowd is always safe, never the sketchy characters out front.... So that's always nice. The line is at the pharmacy is sometimes a little long which leads me to believe they are kind of slow, but I wouldn't say it's a real problem. read more

We just moved in the area and we were happy to see Walgreens very close to us exactly 3minuted away but sadly its faster to pick up our medication driving 15 min to the kenswick location in humble. The wait here is ridicules i dont think the pharmacy window lady knows what shes doing. read more

Worst customer service ever. I want you all to know just how unhelpful and uneducated the day shift staff are. I needed my birth control pills that are on automatic refill. They were not ready on time. When I called I was on hold for maybe 27 minutes (the first time) and had to explain to the pharmacy tech the medication is not for birth control it helps me manage pain for a condition called endometriosis. I explained this to several people over the course of several hours as the only reason I was given for my prescription not being ready it was "processing". Finally spoke to someone who said the drug was out of stock. I asked for help getting the prescription to another pharmacy, no help. I called back after an hour and I was told the drug was in stock. But I could not get it until the following morning after 9am because "it's processing". No one could explain to me what this meant. AND NO ONE checked the bin. I was in unimaginable pain all night and finally got out of bed around 3:40 to go to walgreens one last time. Behold, my prescription that was processing was in the bin waiting to be picked up. NO ONE EVEN BOTHERED TO CHECK!!! I would NOT USE THIS PHARMACY EVER. I have no issues with the overnight staff, its the day shift that is always giving me the run around. I want them to know just how much I despise them. I was in awful pain and it was all for nothing. Thanks a lot Walgreens! You suck!!! read more

This Walgreens is understaffed. Plan to wait for your prescriptions to be filled and to pick them up. They never have more than one person working the drive through or pick-up counter, despite the fact that they have 3 registers. read more

The drive thru line always takes too long, but today was RIDICULOUS. It took an average of 10 minutes per customer, and unfortunately, I was in the inside lane, making it impossible to change my mind and get out of the line. The line of cars was around the corner of the parking lot. The VERY UNFRIENDLY lady working the drive thru was in NO HURRY, walking and moving very slow, and would stay gone from the window for a long time. When she finally did get to me, she never once said anything like,"I'm so sorry for the wait, how can I help you?" She seemed annoyed and put out that she had to be there and did not attempt to hurry the process along at all. I've been going here for years, and this one experience makes me want to change pharmacies for good. read more

The people and Pharmacist here are completely incompetent! We went in for some guidance and help because I had gotten stung by a red wasp. They were rude, cold & aloof. And they only recommended benadryl and we specifically asked if anything could help the immense burning and stinging. They failed to mention Hydrocortisone Cream or Calamine lotion. After getting home and doing a simple Google Search we found that information. These people disgust me and are worthless. Save yourself pain time and Trouble go to CVS. read more

Can you please add a no stars option? Please? The worst pharmacy ever. Sadly our community is stuck with this store as our 24 hour pharmacy. It's just a prescription. If you can't fill a prescription what are you there for. They sent no updates. I had to call to check the status. The pharmacist, who was rude and very hard to understand, said he didn't know what happened and he wasn't sure why it wasn't filled or why no one notified me. He placed me on hold as if he was looking up information but then came back and and said "yea I'm back" and held the phone. Completely unacceptable. I hope they get the same treatment when their child is in need of a medication. read more

Worst. Pharmacy. Ever. I have yet to go here without a giant 2 your headache. I just waited 20 minutes with 3 kids under the age of 5 just to drop off a script. When I finally get up there, they tell me their system crashed and they can't help me for 30 more minutes. Always a big wait. Always terrible customer service. Side note - Why do they have 2 lanes in the pharmacy drive thru. They have never talked more than one person at a time. I am still not sure of they are inept or indifferent. read more

This pharmacy has terrible customer service particularly as it relates to how long it takes to have a prescription ready. Never trust them to have it ready when they say they will. After getting through their automated phone system and finally speaking with the technician I was told I would need to speak to a pharmacist so they put me on hold. After waiting 37 minutes my call was disconnected. When I called back, I got a technician again. This time I was told they would go ahead and put my prescriptions through and they would be ready in 90 minutes. After three hours, I went to the pharmacy (after seeing on their app that both prescription had been filled today) only to discover one prescription was put on hold to check with the doctor to see if they could give me a 90 day supply. I had specifically told them in my phone call, I don't want a 90 day supply, stick to the prescription as written - and this was a refill! Now I'm back in line waiting to see if they got it right. I'm not holding my breath! read more

so you guys decided a very sick cashier is a good idea to keep in this store...in this pandemic...I was there at 8:30pm 03/23/2020 and realized the African American sweet girl was so sick she wasn't able to breath when she touched and scanned all my shopping because she was a cashier....Is there even a manager in this store????????? read more

This Walgreens is under staffed but the girl I saw working there was doing a amazing job. She was running back and forth from the front to makeup to photos. And she kept her clam. And acted very quickly to make everyone happy . More people like her please read more

Pharmacy is incompetent. Even our doctors ask why we use this place. After many many issues I'm done. Switching ASAP to somewhere else. They have phone problems as well. You get caught in a loop on hold. Doctors send over prescriptions and instead of filling them they put it on file. I spend too much time dealing with issues with this pharmacy. I'm done. I've called corporate and get no call back. Tonight I asked for the number and even it is incorrect. read more

I was visiting my dad from Dallas and had to refill a prescription that was given to me by my doctor in Dallas. I was told that I could not refill my prescription here at Walgreens because the pharmacist did not want to fill it. Then I was told that I should "just go back to cvs or Walmart or wherever you usually fill it in Dallas because our pharmacist finds it suspicious, now please leave". I had a completely valid prescription and a valid drivers license. I am disappointed in the pharmacy staff here. read more

I never stopped by a another Walgreen because I get everything I need here. I am truly happy with everything there. I am sure that there been times when something went wrong but they have gone through hoops to try to fix it. I appreciate that. No place is perfect but they at least strive for it. read more
