Without going into exact details I was told to leave and wait til they call me whenever its ready. I haven't gone in the store in over a year as a result of the attitudes of that cashier and 1 other. The cashiers at the drive up window are friendly, courteous ,professionals. It comes across as the instore staff wants to drive the customers out so as not to be bothered. They never communicate when there's an issue with insurance, the provider, or if a medication is out of stock. They don't call, they don't follow up with doctors' offices, and they absolutely do not call patients, even though they claim they do. I've had to go in person multiple times just to get updates, only to be given a different excuse each time. The latest example: my OB-GYN sent in a prenatal prescription back in October. It sat unfilled for weeks. I went in several times, and no one could give me a clear answer. Then, mysteriously, as soon as the pharmacist finally called the doctor today, it went through instantly. When the pharmacist called to ask if I still wanted it, she couldn't hang up on me fast enough once I said yes and asked why it took weeks to resolve something so simple. This location is disorganized, uncommunicative, and unreliable. If you value your time or your health, I strongly suggest using a different pharmacy.
