This is the worst Walgreens to fill your prescription. I will no longer be filling anymore prescriptions at any Walgreens. PHARMACY I had an absolutely unacceptable experience at this Walgreens. The staff, in general, treats customers with indifference and a lack of professionalism, which is already concerning -- but what I went through regarding my son's medication goes far beyond any limit. My son needs heart medication, and I pick it up at this location. Despite calling in advance -- even the day before -- to confirm the medication is available, every time I go to pick it up, I'm told it's "not ready," even though the system gives me a specific pickup time. Today was the last straw: I tried to pick it up starting at 11:00 AM and returned four different times until 4:00 PM, all without success -- despite receiving a call confirming that the medication was at the store. What was most infuriating happened at 4:00 PM: I went through the drive-thru and was told once again that the medication wasn't ready and to come back in another hour. At that exact moment, while still at the drive-thru window, I received a call from the manager, telling me the medication was available inside the pharmacy. I immediately went in, and when I spoke to the manager to explain what had just happened, she completely ignored me and responded in a hostile manner: "Do you want the pills or not?" To make things worse, she then told me they didn't have it after all and that I would have to go pick it up at a Walgreens in Miami. This is not just disrespectful -- it is a serious act of negligence. They are playing with my son's health, and that is unacceptable. This type of mistreatment and irresponsibility should never happen, especially when dealing with critical medications. I demand an explanation and an immediate solution. Literally the worst Walgreens. Drive thru is impossible. Always a long wait and usually requires multiple attempts at getting what you need. Lack of empathy or care. Employees are overworked- they keep cutting the pharmacy hours. Not surprising. Prescriptions in bags, just laying on the ground. No sense of organization or pride. Not my favorite store but convenient to go to. They have all the typical stuff one would find in the store. I stopped getting my meds at this store because the pharmacy department was so rude and long in line that I could not deal with the attitudes as well. So I go elsewhere to fill my prescriptions with zero stress and I would travel extra for a better vibe. Today I went in to look for a hair product that I use, but they did not have the brand so I left. They do however have some good prices on vitamins if you use this. Parking is ample. read more

This is an older formatted Walgreens that was built from the ground up. So, it's a completely different layout than the ones built within the past five years or so. I needed to pick up a prescription and this is not my regular location. I explained the situation to the pharmacist on duty and it went a lot easier than I thought. I told him I would wait and walked around the store. In literally 3 minutes or less my name was called and I was on my way. Great customer service and when speaking with the pharmacist it was obvious he was empathetic to my situation. read more

After noticing the line not moving in the pick up drop off line after 10 min because the tech was giving a "consult" in that line to 3 people; I went to the window for the pharmacy where employees come in, there was a store manager there "chatting " with the pharmacy worker laughing and cutting up. I asked if there could be help as the line wasn't moving and there were currently 13 people in line. His reply was: You have to be patient. I finally get to the beginning of line to pick up my husbands script after 15 min of standing there and had 4 items that I put on the counter to be told. You have to go to the line in the front of the store, I can't ring that up because there is a line. Mind you there was no signs indicating as such. It has been over 15 years since I stopped going to this Walgreens, and I live 1/2 block from there. The employees are rude and unhelpful; but worse; management is just as bad. Came here a week ago trying to get a passport photo made. They gave me some run around about how they can't do them currently. Fast forward to today and I decided to call prior to actually driving up to them to waste time. They again are still not doing any passport photos. The slowest place i have even been too! I pulled into the drive threw to pick up my prescription. I pulled in at 6:47 I was 2 cars back & it is now 7:15! It's not just Friday. They are this slow whether it's Tuesday, Sunday morning while church is still in season, it doesn't matter & i feel that they don't care. They also don't ask you if you have any questions in reference to your prescription medications. Finally 7:16 i make it to the window. As i can see, ALL of the staff in the pharmacy need to learn time management. Running around confused. Pulling and putting back the same prescriptions in confusion. After this, I'm doing myself a favor and switching pharmacies as well as doing them the favor of one less customer since they can't handle a 5-10 people rush inside & outside! 7:18 and i still haven't been acknowledged. This is the absolute worst pharmacy. Be prepared for very long wait times with no acknowledgement that your waiting in line. The norm with this Walgreens is a ridiculous long wait and they seem unhappy and understaffed. This was not always the case; it just got worst over the years. read more

I know a lot of people can't stand waiting in line, that's why I walk inside if there are more than 2 cars. Beyond thankful for the Pharmacist, Rachel. Today I went and not 1 car was in line (same experience the last 2 times. I make sure to go during slow hours on purpose). Rachel thoroughly explained everything I needed to know and more. She was patient, polite and I am SO glad this location hired an A+ pharmacist like her. She even told me to feel free to come back and follow up with her. I have no idea what happened to this store but it is TERRIBLE NOW. The PHARMACY is bad, completely disorganized, and lacking any system at all. (what kind of manager is running this place?) Multiple times I have had to wait OVER 30 minutes in the drive thru, or indoor line. I have come into the store after my prescription should have been refilled only to find they haven't even got to it yet. Most recently I waited in line for 22 minutes (indoor) only to be told my prescription was not ready yet. I came thirty minutes later than when they said it would be ready. There was no apology for wasting my time or anything. So, I had to come back later and wait in line again to get my script. I used to love coming to this store, but I think it's time for a change. Got a confirmation email to get Covid test at this Walgreens location, with specific instructions. I arrived and they said they were no longer administering Covid tests. Why send me the confirmation? Today was the most disgusting service I've ever had. After being told that my prescription didn't have a genetic (which it did) I was send in a goose chase back to my doctor and when I returned was met by a Spanish lady rolling her eyes telling me I had to wait an additional 30 mins. She told me to go to another Walgreens and have them call for my prescription. She then walked off laughing. Finally a young African American boy called the other Walgreens and sent my prescription there! Oh and he told me it would be ready in a hour after waiting 20 mins to get them to do any actual work! My husband has been getting his prescriptions filled here for over 8 years. Our insurance only covers Publix pharmacy, unless the Publix pharmacy is closed. If we call in our prescriptions after 9 PM (when Publix is closed) the insurance will automatically authorize it at any other open pharmacy. Since Walgreens has convenient hours and a drive thru, we have been filling them here. The pharmacists had previously been professional and did their jobs by calling the insurance company for authorization. Tonight however, the pharmacy tech was so rude and refused to do his job. He also refused to let him speak to a manager, saying only that we should leave a message. It was a matter of making a simple phone call. Other pharmacists have been doing it for years. Now we will be taking our business elsewhere because of this rude technician. read more

My husband dropped off a prescription at 2 pm today, he went to the drugstore Over 3 times. Every time, they said com back later. When I found this out I called right away.. at 8 pm, 4 hours later. Btw, it was only Ibuprofen, and amoxicillin. No big deal. But he is in a lot of pain, and also has a heart murmur, after dental surgery, antibiotics are crucial. The lady who assisted me could not care less. She said the reason that The prescription was not ready, was do to a miss filing of the insurance. every time they went to pull up the insurance, it got kicked back because we pay cash. we don't have insurance. .? why didn't Walgreens call us up and tell us there was a problem with insurance? Further more, she said she would fill it later, and if not today, then tomorrow. I Did explain earlier that my husband has a more heart murmur and needs his prescriptions tonight.. she said wait for a text message and then come on in. The customer service in this store is so bad and I use the pharmacy only to be talked to so rude and wait forever. My insurance only uses Walgreens and I have complained because of horrible service. Assistant store manager standing right there as the clerk in pharmacy spoke to me so nasty.Then you can't switch and they know it so they don't care. District manager needs to handle this store customer service because they left that home. Harvey and techs are the worst. Bad for business. I can't wait to turn my insurance off. I waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes for my medicine. The service sucks and the employees are slow and lazy with getting the medication to the patient at a reasonable timely manner. The manager needs more training on how to give good service for this property. I will more to another pharmacy for better service. I recommend-that who ever reads this do the same. Ugh! Do not go here if you have somewhere to go. There could be absolutely nobody in line and you will STILL wait! Most of the Pharmacy staff are very rude and unhelpful, especially Joycee. I had to wait ten minutes while she did other stuff and I was sitting at the drive thru with about six cars behind me. After waiting too long I pushed the call button only for her to answer rudely "be right with you" Then she preceded to take the garbage out, talk with the other guy then after another 5-10 minutes she decided to help us. When I complained about the wait she said absolutely nothing. no apology at all. She did not ask if I had a question or anything. I am appalled at how rude she was to me! I have been coming here for a long time and waiting has always been an issue. Tonight has finally moved me to take all of my scripts to CVS.
