I came here to pick up photos I had printed. There was one person at the front register with a line of 5 people. No calls for backup. I asked if anyone was working in the photo department. He said he was..I don't blame him for the very long wait, it's not his fault his employer chooses to not hire enough staff. When I finally got my pictures, the color quality was excellent. I was very pleased. The rest of the store is overpriced and I really only go to any Walgreens for photos or if I am in a pinch and need to buy something and no other place similar is open. The pharmacy needs more help. I was left on hold for information on a prescription for my 95-year-old Father for over an hour. I called three times each call over twenty minutes...after 20 minutes the phone would hang up on me. Very frustrating and I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

It took me 5 minutes just to get away from the automated response system and when I was directed to a "real person" I was put on hold repeatedly for 10 minutes until finally they just hung up on me! I have had appointments for 3 weeks for my kids to get their second vaccine. Appointments were required. Apparently, as I was told by the woman behind the counter an appointment only guarantees you a shot since they allow walk-ins now. People are walking in without their vaccination card and want the third booster. So you sit and wait for them to look everything up. At this point vaccinations should be run much better from a corporate pharmacy and their staff could be trained a bit better on how to hustle. The young man giving the vaccines walked aimlessly through the pharmacy and store for over 10 minutes looking for whiteout you fix an error on a vaccination card. People no longer hustle when they have a job to do. Where is the management and backup for their staff? read more

I had such bad experiences at CVS so I decided to switched and sent all my prescriptions to Walgreens. My first visit was positive. The line moved very quickly. The pharmacist working that day was friendly and helpful. He went out of the way to tell me that one of my prescriptions can be found over the counter and asked me if I need anything else. I picked up a few other things in the store and the isles are neat and clean. And most of the items they carry in the store are of better quality. I love the idea that I have a choice on where I like to shop. read more

Well this is a review for their pharmacy. The staff there is so inconsistent. In the morning I had a really good employee help me order my scripts. This afternoon I go back and was told to tell them I had Covid. The lady try's shoving everything in the pick up window draw. Finally pushes it through and the bag rips. Why not send it thru twice? I take my bag and do you think she could have said something like I hope you feel better??? Nothing! I'm here only because of my insurance. Publix pharmacy is the best!! I love this Walgreens! I used to work close by so I came here almost everday for years. The staff is friendly and eager to help, especially in the cosmetics section. The store is large and the aisles are kept neat. As an added bonus, it's open 24 hours and on most holidays. read more

Awfully organized for vaccine. Slow, confused and borderline incompetent. The difference with the service we got in the nearby CVS is startling. CVS 1st, 2nd and booster shots, always in and out in 5 mins. Walgreens 1st and booster for my son, 30 mins at best every time. With appointment and prefilled on line. CVS did not have Pfizer available at the time, or we would have never gone to Walgreens. Find elsewhere if you can. read more

Horrible service! It starts with the manager who acts as if she is too good to deal with problems and it trickles down to the staff. I went in to purchase an item that was on sale. It did not ring up with the sale price. I explained to the cashier that the item was on sale and showed her the ad. She was unconcerned and made no attempt to do anything about the discrepancy. I asked for the manager and the cashier told me she was "too busy" to come over. Too busy to take care of a customer issue? The cashier was then rude enough to tell me that I didn't have to buy the item in a very sarcastic tone. That is the entire reason I came in. Not to mention, if everyone stops buying stuff, why do they need the store!? Since the first cashier (at the cosmetics counter) refused to get the manager, I then went to the front register and asked the lady there to call the manager. I was waiting for almost 10 minutes. Even the cashier was obviously uncomfortable with my wait time and called for the manager several times. She finally came (I didn't get her name, she was a mid-aged black lady). She did not even give me the courtesy of looking at me as I spoke with her and was busy writing in some report the entire time I explained the price discrepancy. She was visibly annoyed and told me that (even though the sales flyer showed the sale) the register was not ringing up the price so there was nothing she could do in a very rude manner and acted as if I was bothering her. I come to this location frequently. I use the drive thru line at the pharmacy. I cannot tell you the last time i came and the line moved at a steady pace. Its completely ridiculous how long it takes just to pick up prescriptions. Literally every single time i come im waiting for 15 mins. I usually get my scripts filled at CVS without any issues. However, they happened to be out of stock this time, so instead of driving around, I decided to call local pharmacies to find out if they had what I needed. I called this Walgreen's #, which I guess led me to the Call Center. There, a nice gentleman ASSURED me they had what I needed, and plenty of it. (I specified dosage, generic, and amount needed.) I mentioned that I live in Downtown FtL, and would be coming the next morning to fill my script. So I drive 20 minutes from Downtown FtL to this location today, hand in my script, wait 5-10 mins, and a young lady comes back to tell me they don't have it. "What do you mean you don't have it? I called yesterday to verify before driving all the way down here..." I told her the # I called, which she checked to make sure, and it WAS her store #. I told her a nice gentlemen assured me they had it and I drove all the way here bc of that, and asked for a manager. The pharmacist came to the window, a middle aged Mid-Eastern woman (forgot to get her name), and I went over with her what had happened. She was VERY rude, impolite, and just came across NASTY! I didn't do anything wrong ma'am, I'm just trying to do what my Doctor ordered, as I have been for months. When I told her I called yesterday and spoke to a nice man who told me they had what I needed, she interrupted me to say "There are no men working here..." And just stared at me, as if I was making this up. "Okay, well I called 954-etc-etc, is that not your #? "No," she said. I said, "Yes it is, the girl before you checked on that phone RIGHT in front of you 2 seconds ago... Its the same #." She said, "Well no men work here, I'm the ONLY pharmacist and I've been here since 2pm yesterday." Bottom line is, I completely understand that miss-communications happen... But if you, the PHARMACIST, sees a struggling patient who needs their meds and is driving all over town, calling pharmacies, asking politely, why be SO RUDE?! How about, "Oh, I'm sorry for the inconvenience! I'm not sure who told you that but I'm the only pharmacist here and unfortunately we don't have that in stock right now." She didn't even let me finish talking before walking away from the window, without saying goodbye! She couldn't tell me WHEN they would get it in, or WHERE else I could try. But then I call another Walgreens on US-1, and they were able to SPECIFY which locations had what I needed AND the amount as well. Just blows my mind that someone obvisouly needs help and was told something on YOUR end, and I get treated as if I did something wrong, and end up having to leave without my DAILY meds. Disgusting and unprofessional staff . this tall blond male cashier had such a terrible attitude. He tried to rush me in line by asking me to put my number 3 times in 1 sec, not only that , the sale items were coming up at full price which was insane . When I told him about it, he had such a disgusting attitude towards me ... like I should just pay in full when it's on sale like wtf , lol . This is my go to neighborhood Walgreens. They are friendly and helpful and their shelves are stocked. They have a drive up window for your prescriptions but if you are in a hurry don't bother it can be a long wait. I find it much easier to go a couple of days after the first of the month it seems it is busier after people get their checks. They have walk in clinic which takes insurance and you can also get a flu shot and a shingle shot from the Pharmacists. If you wanted your blood pressure checked the Pharmacists can do that as well. Unlike other places they didn't have a blood pressure machine for customers to use. I usually get my vitamins here they are always have buy one get one free. They offer a rewards card that gives you points for purchases and RX's. You can redeem your points for cash towards your purchases. All things considered this is not a bad Walgreens. read more

This place gets the job done. Whatever your needs are, just like any other in the chain. I haven't had any experiences that rocked the boat one way or the other. The staff is friendly enough, and the lines aren't around the shelving because there aren't enough cash registers. The cashiers are pretty competent here and I don't have to wait an hour being the second person in line. There aren't any homeless people milling around or hanging out in the front of the store making me wonder if I should even go in. I sent my wife who has recently become a citizen and has always been a shy.pleasant Thai lady to this Walgreen with our son so he could get a flu shot.We called ahead to make sure they came prepared. My wife got there and waited her turn .When it was her turn she presented our sons insurance card . The lady said my wife had to call Walgreens and see if this insurance was acceptable. My wife being very polite stepped away and tried to call the number indicted. It was busy and stayed busy. In all my wife spent an hour there and ended up paying in full out of pocket and we were told to contact the insurer to get our money back. The whole reason we called was to avoid any of this. It appears they didn't have enough people to process this section so the burden was put on her.Next time warn us about this when we call ,that's why we called. read more

Terry was the most rude, cold and disrespectful pharmacist I believe I had ever met. Not everyone that comes into a pharmacy with a prescription is a drug seeker looking to get a high or make money selling them. I spent 30+ years in healthcare, the last 10 as a hospital CEO. I had 3 anterior discectomy and fusions for C3-C7, a posterior cervical fusion on C2 to T2, and 2 trapezius musculataneus grafts to repair my surgical sites. I didn't ask for degenerative disc diseases nor did I want them. I tried 2 pharmacies where I live in Indaina and neither of them had the medication. I also had tried another pharmacy in Fort Lauderdale just before I went too this pharmacy. We flew to Fort Lauderdale to go on a cruise and needed this medication before I went. I'm not going any further with this. I am sure nothing will ever be done with it. read more
