I've been to this Walgreens several times since moving to the area. The front-end staff at the registers are great--friendly, helpful, and efficient. The store itself is neat, well stocked, and generally pleasant to shop in.
Where this location really falls short is the pharmacy. Customer service there is inconsistent at best. One of the pharmacy employees, a young guy with tattoos, is extremely unhelpful and comes across as rude. Another young woman was on her phone the entire time I was waiting directly in front of her and didn't acknowledge me until she finally looked up and said, "How can I help you?" That shouldn't happen.
On the positive side, the tall young man with dreads in the pharmacy is excellent--knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. He's the standout back there.
Overall, the store itself is solid, but the pharmacy staff (with one clear exception) really needs improvement in customer service. read more
