Today I go in to pick up medications after Cancer Surgery and ask for consultation on a new Rx that was prescribed by a Dr. in the hospital that I did not know. Sandra took it and removed it and came back to ring me up for just the one Rx. When I told her I wanted to know what the other Rx was and why I needed it she snapped at me. I am not the one to snap at! Turns out the Rx was prescribed back on the 9th! The day I was released from the hospital and should have been taking it 3x a day, but today is the day I was notified! Something has happened and I am not sure I will be using Harrison's anymore. They offered to deliver my meds to my home so I don't have to deal with Sandra, but still why was I just notified today about a Rx that I should have been taking 3 x a day since the 9th!??? This type of negligence can not go on when people are fighting life threatening cancer and other illnesses! I am so disappointed in this mix up, but the uncaring customer service from Sandra is unacceptable and she should be ashamed of herself!

The scoop was only 2 ounces. She proceeded to take the container from me and go scoop out a half an ounce of rice and I said wow just give me my food. Let me pay for it she told me I had an attitude and had the right to refuse service once I said do whatever you need to do she canceled my order, not only that once I asked for a corporate number or regional number I was given the wrong number

I want to leave a positive review because humans tend to only leave reviews after a negative experience and I don't want some person to be deterred like I may have been. The service I received was amazing and quick compared to the big retail pharmacies I have gone to in the past. Within the same day I was contacted by Lily who got all the information she needed for my insurance, and she was super kind and patient with all of my questions. Secondly, my medication was delivered in three days which is far sooner than I would have expected and I am very pleased with my experience. The hot food case actually looked appetizing (the pizza and wings were calling my name), and everything was fresh and properly stocked. No dried-out taquitos or sad-looking sandwiches here. But what really stood out was the staff. They were genuinely friendly, helpful, and quick. One associate even walked me over to show me where something was instead of just pointing vaguely. Apopka Care Pharmacy shares a parking lot with other businesses so parking may be a bit challenging. I entered and waited in line has a customer was at the counter being tended to. The staff were attentive to the customer and engaged in friendly banter. When it was my turn, I approached the counter and explained the reason I was there. They also have a worse attitude than an IRS agent! Thank God my wife found Paul and his great little pharmacy. Yes one man working here. Of course he gets everything done efficiently with a smile on his face! It's like the old days when you knew the Pharmacist and you weren't a number! Paul follows up on refills, texts or calls you when they are ready and gets the job done. All at a much lower price! Paul is also a fun guy to talk to, he cares about his customers.
