The employee was nice about it but I found it interesting that they didn't have a public trash can available and I was told to go to speedway next door. The employee said someone probably threw away a hot cigarette butt and it melted the plastic bag or can or something so they no longer had one. What a bummer. My mentally challenged wife noticed that Nicole was being rude to a customer and, being child-minded, commented "Wow, you're rude to the customers". By the time the story reached the manager, my wife, Amber, is said to have cussed Nicole out, which is slanderous. Then, the manager approached Amber today and told her that, if she does it again, she'll be banned from the store. Well she didn't do it the first time. It was a lie. Amber is owed an apology. The Pharmacist, Tim, was extremely helpful and friendly in resolving an issue with my son's medications. He listened to my crazy, stupid story with compassion, did not treat me like I was an idiot (after listening to the crazy, stupid story) and, after going around with the facility my son had been discharged from and the pharmacy that had filled his meds there for SIX days, Tim had the medications in my hand in less than an hour. Went to Walgreens for a flu shot, which they advertise is available "all day every day", after they scanned my insurance card they asked to have a seat and they would be with me in a few minutes, 30 minutes later I left without receiving a flu shot. read more

Was with husband to pick a few things up. Not very many customers but one gentleman who was making a purchase and had a hundred dollar bill. So cashier called on intercom for manager that she needed change. The manager than called back to ask again what cashier needed. After quite a wait my husband said he could break his hundred dollars since the manager still had not come. By the time she( manager) arrived the cashier said it was taken care of. The manager rolled her eyes , made a comment to cashier and stormed off. I have been in retail over 30 years. I was totally appalled at this managers lack of respect for the cashier and not to mention customers. I hope she is not like that all the time. read more
