She does not provide good customer service…read more She told me that I am not allowed to go back there and get my nails done because when she told me my nails were going to take two hours I rolled my eyes (but it wasn't directed at her, it was because the appointment was at 10:15, and I had to be to work by noon). So, she lost a client due to an eye roll that wasn't even directed at her. She did not even bother to confront me about it, she just dropped me as a client, which I think is bad business. She clearly needs to read the Fred Factor, and learn how to have a better, successful, and communicative business method.

Went back this morning to have a fill and a pedicure. They did my fill and then told me I did not…read morehave an appointment for a pedicure. Which is very surprising seeing the last pedicure I had to leave because Michele was on FaceTime while she was giving me a pedicure and took a chunk out of the bottom of my big toe. With a cheese grater. So the pedicure was never finished. So I made an appointment with Andy to have my fill and a pedicure for today before we leave on vacation tomorrow, but what really upset me was the fact that they couldn't take me for a pedicure, but he was scheduling a woman for later in the day for a pedicure and didn't even offer for me to come later Will not go back and will not recommend my friends to go there or anyone to go there. After trying to attempt to do it I looked and the nail looked like something I could do on myself. She completely rushed the design, and did a design that she thought would look "better". While telling her that's not what I asked for, I was told I need to figure out what I want.... I showed her a picture I'm not sure how much more specific I could have gotten on what I wanted. Overall, worse nail experience I've had! A licensed nail tech should be able to do some daisy's on your nail you'd think. Save your money and go to someone who takes time to listen to what you want and cares about your experience while there!
