The owner is extremely nice and has been in business for over 10 years so she knows what she is doing and she enjoys this! The teeth whitening was very good, I have had Zoom before and this did if not better! The spray tan part was great! I did the express and I am very happy with the results. Follow all of her directions to a T and you won't be unhappy. She gives you very good tips and tricks and explains everything. I did not feel uncomfortable at all with her. She was great! At Bliss, their sauna got up to 142 degrees (yeah, baby!!!) and was only $15 for 60 minutes. They also have bundle deals, so if you want more than one session, you can save even more money! Oh! And they had ice cold eucalyptus towels to cool down with in the sauna. Such a nice touch! I wish I had something like that around here because I LOVE a good sauna! She does not provide good customer service…read more She told me that I am not allowed to go back there and get my nails done because when she told me my nails were going to take two hours I rolled my eyes (but it wasn't directed at her, it was because the appointment was at 10:15, and I had to be to work by noon). So, she lost a client due to an eye roll that wasn't even directed at her. She did not even bother to confront me about it, she just dropped me as a client, which I think is bad business. She clearly needs to read the Fred Factor, and learn how to have a better, successful, and communicative business method.
