I'm very picky and want quality products and meticulous work, the fun vibe is a bonus. Rebecca does my nails and she leaves razor straight lines along the cuticle, the attention to detail is important. I change up my looks and nail shapes often, Rebecca really listens to what I want and always "nails" it. Roxanne is the owner and her skillset with hair, brows, lashes, etc., is legendary! She can fill in at any station she's needed at. She primarily does my hair, cuts, dye and highlighting. I'm a redhead and Roxanne's beautiful coloring not only lasts longer than any red I've had before (reds are known for fast fades) but it's beautiful, rich, vibrant and compliments my skin tone. Her cuts are precision and fall beautifully. I highly recommend Pampered Image and the crew, not only will you leave beautiful and satisfied, it's a fun block of time with these charming ladies. I recommend setting up auto scheduling for your appointments as they have a full booking schedule.

The salon itself is lovely in a nice setting and I have never dealt with the owner for other…read moreservices. My review is specifically about the nail tech, Olta, working there. To be fair she does a very nice job in a pleasant environment. But unfortunately, after a few visits, she showed her true colors about being out only for the money and not caring at all about people as human beings. I was fully aware of their 48 hour cancellation policy but stuff does happen. Like a significant blizzard in the Northeast that prevented travel and a wicked norovirus affecting my family. I tried calling and emailing first thing the morning of the appointment when it became clear I couldn't make it, when she had plenty of time to pull a client off the waitlist (which she told me previously she always has in season). Not only did she not have the courtesy to acknowledge my two messages but after the time of the appointment passed she texted me basically "sorry, but per the cancellation policy I'm going to charge you for the whole service anyway." I have been a good client, always on time, tipping well and with any other honest and reputable practice/restaurant/business they would work with you under these circumstances. I would have even understood a smaller cancel fee for the inconvenience. But to charge the full amount when she very well may have gotten another client if she tried is just plain rude. People deserve to get paid for their hard work and efforts and she certainly deserved some compensation but how about showing a little kindness and working with a repeat customer who was experiencing some hardships totally out of her control. Maybe losing me as just one customer doesn't mean much to her, but greed will get the better of people at some point - no matter how good they might be at their craft otherwise.
