The owner is extremely nice and has been in business for over 10 years so she knows what she is doing and she enjoys this! The teeth whitening was very good, I have had Zoom before and this did if not better! The spray tan part was great! I did the express and I am very happy with the results. Follow all of her directions to a T and you won't be unhappy. She gives you very good tips and tricks and explains everything. I did not feel uncomfortable at all with her. She was great! Brandy was a complete delight to work with; great communication and she made me feel comfortable during the process with her friendliness and obvious expertise. As a teenager I had always had full brows, brows that were well shaped, and brows that fully framed my face. They were natural and I received so many compliments. When I found out that I had this disease, the hair fell out quickly. I was mortified. My beautiful brows were gone, and the shiny skin where they once were stood out like a neon sign on my forehead. It was noticeable, very noticeable. I spent so much money on pencils, dyes for the minimal hair that was there, markers, and gels to fill in my missing eyebrows. Long story short: I lost all my self confidence. My signature brows were gone, and I hated waking up and literally drawing brows on my face every. single. morning. That is, until I found Ana. Ana walked me through the process. She worked out pricing, home care techniques, and asked what my end goal for my brows was. I have a friend back in the Midwest that asks me : OMG you live in Florida, why do you go to a tanning salon? My answer...OMG I live in Florida, and that is the very reason that I go to a tanning salon! The Florida sun is brutal, especially in the summer months! You can spend 8 minutes in a tanning booth, and have way better results than 20 minutes in the Florida sun! ( Thanks, but I'd rather not burn, and besides....you can tan all over.) I am origally a redhead (with all that comes with that .) I am a blonde now, only because they don't make my particular shade of red in a bottle! There are always great deals at this place, ( I also go to the one in Bonita Springs, and it's just as great there ). I feel like a member of the family here, and they always call me by name. If there is a special going on, I'm the first to know. (There are always great specials here ). And the BULBS!!! The bulbs seem to be changed, even before they really need to be. I have, occasionally gone several days, maybe even a week or more, in between tanning sessions, and after just one or two ( depending on how long I have gone without a 'FIX', I'm right back there where I want to be! ) I can't say say enough good about this place. I have been to tanning beds in the midwest, northeast and I even had a very good friend that owned a tanning salon (she taught me a lot), and I have truly, never been more satisfied with my personal reults, than I have here at eXtreme tan.
