Since I was going to have a 15 min wait and because I'm 73, I moved a chair from the flu shot waiting area to the front of the queue where I'd been standing. I had every intention of moving the chair back to its place as soon as the pharmacy reopened. It would never occur to me to leave the chair in the aisle where people were lined up waiting. When the pharmacy reopened, the young adult male manager called me out for moving the chair, instructing me to return it to its place, as if I needed to be told to do that, and when I tried to explain why I moved the chair he kept talking over me, not allowing to explain. He never considered that I might be sick or need help. He never offered to help me with the chair. He was all about calling me out for moving the chair. Well. I guess he got his say. Now I've had mine.

Other pharmacies treat you like a second class citizen and act like they are doing you a favor just to fill your order. I can drop off an order with MS and they will have it in 5 minutes. None of this "20-30 minutes" line you get at other stores where they want you to shop while you are waiting. Also, Ted will paitiently explain about your medicine and answer any questions you have - without a big lecture. Give this place a try! They act like they WANT and appreciate your business.

Because she refused it, my doctors office had to call the prescription back in to the other Collinsville Pharmacy (belt line) where it was filled with no issues. Make sure you specify the belt line Walgreens with your health care provider. The pharmacy manager definitely owes me and my Surgeon an apology. It's a waste of his and his staffs time as well as extremely stressful for a patient not to have the medications filled prior to the surgery date.
