My only gripe with TD is they're the only smoke shop I've ever frequented that doesn't reward repeat customers with loyalty credits or a percentage off future purchases. They could take the business to the next level by installing a reward program. Lastly, everyone I've encountered in the store has been courteous and helpful. Seems like everyone has great customer service skills.
