We live 2 1/2 hours south in the twin cities and I wasn't sure which local florist to choose from so I looked a few different ones and found the bouquet with smiling face and knew this would cheer up my friend. I called the florist directly and talked to the owner, Eileen Harrison, and she was incredibly helpful and such a pleasure to work with. She was very receptive to my ideas of the flowers I wanted and the final result blew me away! Eileen did such an excellent job with this arrangement and my friend was thrilled to receive the beautiful bouquet in the adorable smiling mug! We needed to come back after purchasing for pick-up, and when we arrived back staff went out of their way to help us get the tree bundled up for a safe ride home. The instructions they provided were extremely helpful in the planting and care, and extensive (in a positive way). The tree was also cheaper than anticipated, and far larger than I believed our price range would accommodate.

Didn't plant the other trees within 24 hrs either and they're all fine. 1. As I was told by a staff person, the owners will not contact you. Apparently, they'd rather have staff handle customer service issues. 2. There is no resolution, no call, no replacement-nothing. 3. Customer service is a one way street. Apparently, there is no concern for the customer, just the bottom line. Very disappointing.
