It has a giant first floor and a half 2nd floor balcony area. The west side is mostly one vendor that specializes in high quality automotive and advertising type items. The prices in this area are pretty high. You won't find any deals here. He's definitely charging what you'd expect as "full-retail" in a major metropolitan area antique store. But he does have some nice stuff. The east side (and the 2nd floor) is mostly filled with the owner's items. This area has a big variety of merchandise and a lot of things you'd typically see at an antique mall. But there's a LOT of it. According to the owner, he once sold furniture out of this building -- hence, the name and the sign. But now it's 99.9% antiques with only a few antique or vintage pieces of furniture. The gaps in the stall doors are wide enough that I could pick out the graphics on their tshirts and having them barge in while I was on the can was extremely uncomfortable. When I spoke to an employee about the situation I got the equivalent of a shrug. Then, as I'm walking through the rest of the store, I see what is very clearly NOT a service dog running back and forth at the end of a harness down the aisle. Walmart is my usual grocery store, and the store itself seems decent, but I will not be returning while I am living in Grand Rapids.
