Instead of offering any help or trying to resolve the issue, he was rude, dismissive, and condescending the entire time. What's even more disappointing is that corporate later confirmed the appointment was made--it simply seems like Nicholas didn't want to deal with it, likely because service requests don't benefit him the same way a new phone sale would. That's not just poor customer service, it's a terrible way to run a business. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and honesty, regardless of whether they're making a purchase or just need help. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location altogether.
