I spent over $500 in a month for partial highlights which is absurd for this area and at a store salon, no-less. This isn't some posh salon in a big city. He explained to me this would be a "hair journey" because I had colored my hair 6 mos prior. I understood, but with the understanding that after each appt I would be getting closer to my desired highlights. I was seen on 6/17 with excessively priced, poorly placed large, harsh, chunks of brassy bright yellow/orange highlights on my hairline and crown, nowhere else, other than a large random highlight on the back of my head. I wanted to cry and hid at home or under hats for several weeks. Next seen 7/31 with appt at 3. He text me to tell me he was running behind, to come 15-20 mins later. No problem. I walked into the store at exactly 3:15. He tells me he actually ended up being on time. Before we got started he says his next client is scheduled at 4 and may not have much time to do my hair, as if it were my fault. So unprofessional. I was expecting to see some progress at this appt, instead after putting in 8-10 foils, I'm told it was going to be even brighter and still brassy. the exact opposite of what I wanted. I share my concerns, he's obviously annoyed and tells me I'm pushing back against his plan. He is full of himself and thinks he is some brilliant colorist. I disagree. The foils were pulled off, rinsed out, and I left. A few days later I went to another salon and found a great stylist, who fixed it and for only $140, including a conditioning treatment and cut. The salon was anything but relaxing. The stylist next to him was constantly, loudly, and obnoxiously talking and laughing. Seth barely spoke to me and positioned my head in unnecessary and uncomfortable positions. It was odd. I wouldn't recommend Seth or the salon.

You know right away that they are all part of the team working together to provide you with the best possible care. Dr. O explains exactly what he will be doing and why and checks on you during the procedure to make sure you are always as comfortable as possible. When Dr. O. has made a recommendation - i.e., when to replace an old filling with a crown, I follow his suggestion because I know it will benefit my dental health. I had an old but deep filling replaced with a crown recently and was worrying about the procedure. I shouldn't have - it was painless and was completed and set in place in a truly short period of time. My husband has always avoided going to the dentist because of the pain he experienced in the past. As a result, his dental health suffered. But after having some dental work performed by Dr. O. it is no longer difficult to get him to go to the dentist for regular preventative care or for other procedures. That is a very big win! Lastly, I want to thank Dr. O: even though it is a busy practice, when I called to cancel an appointment I needed because of a family health emergency - Dr. O. and his staff worked together to find a way to fit me in so I could get my needed dental work. I really appreciated that interest in me as a patient. I would not think of recommending anyone, least of all a dentist, unless I was really satisfied that what I was doing was a benefit to others. Both my husband and me are happy to recommend Dr. O. to our family, friends or to anyone looking for a family dentist.

I shared my anxiety with the staff when I made my appointment and from the moment I walked into the office, everyone put me at ease. Shortly after I signed in and took a seat in the waiting room, Dr O came out to greet me and to explain my visit. Dr Stephenson wasn't too far behind to introduce himself, followed by the hygienist that would be doing the cleaning. The professionalism, kindness, and warmth that Dr O, Dr Stephenson, and staff showed me that day and every visit after is nothing short of spectacular! They are truly the best! Oh! After my last visit Dr O suggested something for my teeth sensitivity. I was a bit apprehensive, but I trusted him. OMG! It's been amazing! I've been able to eat sweets and drink iced beverages for the first time in several years! I'd forgotten how much I love chocolate!

    Worst customer service experience. Asked for a prescription refill and left a voicemail Oct 2…read more Never got a call back. Boyfriend called regarding this prescription Oct 14. Went thru hoops to get misleading information. Ended up talking to officer manager Kelly who asked if we needed anything else but hung up on us when we voiced our need to stay on the line as we were waiting for an email from her. Corporate supposedly mailed a letter regarding insurance changes and the assigned doctor leaving but the office refused to send it via email. Next call got us to a different office desk personnel who said that Kelly ended up emailing us anyway which we have yet to receive. Worst part was that they laughed at my boyfriend while on the call over something he took very seriously to get information about. Very unprofessional to laugh over the request of information and to belittle somebody who is already upset of how the office handled this situation and another that he called about the day before. At the end of the day, these are the things where they did me wrong as a mom of a 2 y.o. whose kid is suffering from severe eczema: 1. Never gave me the call back to at least acknowledge the voicemail --What is the point of a voicemail if it is left unheard? 2. Had to be the one to call them regarding the request 12 days ago. --If they told me earlier, then I would have figured out a different provider sooner so I can get the medication my kid uses asap 3. Laughed at a frustrated and upset client who sincerely requested for someone able to help us which then led to him being very pissed off even more 4. No apology for the mistakes of #s 1 thru 3 and even a denial of #3. 5. Gave us the name of Gino (no last name given nor the title except he is higher on the rank above office manager Kelly) who should be calling us regarding our issues with no timeframe whatsoever.

    Dr. Elliot and all the doctors and staff are the best. I have went here for many years.read more
