This is my usual Walgreens. Very convenient for my work and it's decent. The people are great although it often feels understaffed. Usually I know exactly what I'm looking for there so it doesn't matter but if you need to find someone for help it's not always easy. read more

This review is strictly for the pharmacy; well one actual "pharmacist" in particular, (my doctor informed me she was probably an intern). Her name is Bach Mai. I went to get a prescription filled and she flat out refused to fill it. No big deal I went to the Walgreens off Union Hills and they filled it immediately. However, I returned the next day to refill my migraine medicine. My doctor had prescribed me a new medicine, and I had taken another kind before (with acetaminophen instead of aspirin). She pointed this out and asked if I wanted to fill it. I said yes, I wanted to try the one the doctor had prescribed. She went on to say that she needed to call my doctor anyway and ask. I told her that was not necessary and wanted to fill what was prescribed. She refused and luckily my doctor is amazing and responds to requests on weekends otherwise I would have had to wait two days to end up with the prescription my doctor wrote initially. If BACH MAI is on duty I STRONGLY recommend going to another Walgreens otherwise you will end up with an attitude and no medicine. read more

They really need to work on their drive up pharmacy. I have sat for over 40 minutes behind another car while a man talks to the pharmacist. The way their drive through is set up, you cannot get out of line once you're close to the window. If a person needs to ask questions - Walgreens needs to have them come into the store. I have waisted too much time in line here and will be moving my prescriptions. read more

I love this location, living in the neighborhood, it's a regular stop for me, however, I have only used the store itself - have not used photo or the prescription areas. Always find the cosmetics employees to be very friendly and helpful, often letting me use their coupons which they have on hand to give you more savings on stuff you weren't even aware of. The nurse practitioner here is slower than a corpse. First off she is redoing the height, weight and BP that the nurse did initially to check her in. She is wasting time and doesn't care how long she takes. We made an appointment and this sports physical should only take 20 mins tops and it's going on 20 mins and she is no where near complete. Only come here if you have all freaking day to spend on an appointment. read more

Disappointed again by this pharmacy. I thought that the new express was a good idea because I often have to wait a long time to pick up medications. I have had to wait in the regular line two out of three times using this new service. It has not been applied well at all at this location. I was told that they only had one tech and I had to wait behind 4 people and it took 20 min to pick up meds I already paid for online. The person helping me did not know how to do it either which took even longer to get out of there. I think I need to switch locations or just go to CVS. read more

I came here to the healthcare clinic for a TDAP shot. I made my appointment online for 9:45 am. I happen to be in the areas early so I showed up at 9:15, knowing if they were busy I'd have to wait. I "thought" I was in luck because there were no patients in front of me. I was wrong. After watching the "doctor" to eat his breakfast and casually walk between rooms, a walk in without an appointment came in at 9:30. So we both sat. At 10am he takes the walk in... you know because even though I signed in at 9:15 my "appt" wasn't until 9:45. Who cares that's it's now after 10am. Horrible service and they are both clueless and really don't care. Pick another clinic just to avoid frustration. read more

We were told 20 to 30 minutes for the prescription by the counter tech at pharmacy. I approach the counter at around 50 minutes in. I am told they are working on it. I sit down and wait about 20 more minutes... It will be about 5 hours wait as there are 40 prescription ahead of mine. What? What happened to 30 minutes? Such a lack of communication. One technician stormed out from behind the counter and the other gentleman made the gesture of pulling out his hair after he had just assisted a customer. Good thing he had a buzz cut. Find a different Walgreens and dont waste your day here... read more

I checked in for a blood test with Theranos. Very happy with Theranos. Good staff that painlessly took blood for a lab test.

This review isn't for the entire store only the pharmacy. I've had rude techs in the past that just sound like they hate their jobs. Whatever not a big deal I'll take it from them but last night took the cake the tech I talked to was so rude to me trying to say they need to speak to my doctor first since the dosage has changed. I've had my dosages changed a few times because they aren't working and I never had a problem so I asked to talk to the pharmacist I believe his name was Nathaniel and I have never had such bad customer service basically he was yelling at me I'm just in shock just trying to understand if this was a new policy and why this has never been a problem before. And why they are talking to me like this. He just keeps getting worked up yelling saying I can just come get my script back. I said it's not that big of deal I'm just confused on this "policy" so I go to ask if it would help if I call my doctor tomorrow to fax something to them to give the okay.. well he got more mad and hung up on me. I went got my script went to another pharmacy told them what happened and if what they were saying was correct. They said that that's wrong and they could fill it for me now with no problems. In and out. No rude people. I called the Walgreens store they tell me a manger would be calling me today. No call.. looks like they really don't care about customer satisfaction and that, that kind of behavior from the pharmacy is okay. I've be going to Walgreens my whole life and after that I just can't anymore. I'm still in shock and confused by how I was treated.. people just go to CVS pharmacy they're much nicer. read more

I am beginning to hate this location. My doctor made a small wrror wirh one of my 7 prescriptions. I It has taken 2 weeka for the pharmacy to get it right. They refused to call my doctor for me fir the correction and made me deak with ir. I am injures, have trembling hands, and now a speech slir due to the adverse effects of my medications. I talked to 7 different techs and the female foreign pharmacist.I NEVER want to talk to her again. She is rude and I cant understand her. She has a very thick accent and talks very fast. Like I said I am on 7 meds now and have a hard time understanding everyone right now. When I asked her ro slow down, she got angey and frustrated. She was very disrespectful. I started crying and told her she should be micer to her customers. She treats them/us like an assembly line with no care sympathy. All the tchs said the same thinf, rhay the y sisnt hear anything about the change of my prescription from my doctoe. After 2 weeks, one of them was helpfil and said that on this date, my doctor called and asked to approve the early refill, I think the techs name was Brandon. The ONLY one who was helpful in giving me the exact info on how to get it fixed. It took 2 hours and they had it fixed and refilled. Thank you for being the only competent person in the pharmacy. I do not recommend using this pharmacy, I am thinking of switching to the one on Union Hills. read more

This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I've ever delt with. Everytime I go in. There is a problem with getting the medication I need on time. The customer is always wrong here. They do not pay attention to detail. They make constant mistakes. They never take the blame for their mistakes even when they're proven wrong. They're rude. I've been told at least 10 times my medication would be ready. Then when I go in. It's not. I've suffered from going without medication because they can't count or get it together. Their system is ridiculous. They're no longer 24 hrs. Which as you can see right now. It says they are. I hate going in because I can't depend on anyone there or anyone in the call center to get my medication ready when they've told me time and again it would be. Something needs to be done with how they run their system because it does nothing but make you suffer or go into withdraw even because they can't count. Simple math can't be done by the employees. I've had to reschedule flights because they've delayed my medication. Once again tonight I've had to reschedule a flight because they're not smart enough or even care enough to take out a calculator and do simple arithmetic. I'm choosing another store but honestly. I have serious doubts another one will be better. Do not get your medication here if you need it on time. You will suffer from their mistakes. I'd give it a negative 5 stars if I could. Good luck to you if you go here. Make sure to have every piece of possible information to show them when your medication is due because you will battle them if their computer system says your script is delayed. They will not investigate unless you have everything prepared to fight being right. Don't do it. read more

ugh! i wish i would have read the reviews before i drove here at 3 in the morning to get something for a sick child and is not open 24 hours!! attention walgreens in yelp people that read this: change the time! this is ridiculous and it's such an inconvenience to depend on you for up-to-date knowledge especially how you hound me with ads and updates and notices the least you could do would be on top of it! if i can figure out how to rate yelp i'm going to! especially since the review before mine from 4 months ago states what i just did! read more

As sick as I am I still need to leave this review. I called all around to try to find the walk in clinic at Walgreens since I have no insurance and I just need some antibiotics... I stopped in this Walgreens which was about 20 minutes from my house because it was the only one minute clinic around, only to find that I needed to use the touchscreen computer that all the sick people were using, let alone a 45 minute wait for the doctor to come back from lunch, then start seeing patients. I was able to kill some time and get some errands done but when I came back to Walgreens I found that I was still number eight on the list and I still had about 2 1/2 hours to wait. When I asked for assistance from the pharmacy they had no answers and they didn't know anything about the clinic since it's a separate entity altogether. When I inquired about a price- again, they didn't know anything... luckily I asked some of waiting patients and they told me $90 plus the meds. Well, instead of sitting in a waiting area with all these sick people while I wait another two hours after already waiting an hour, I gave up. I'll just stay sick, I have no more energy to try to find medicine. This place sucks! read more

WORST Walgreens! I went in early this morning to download my photos from my phone onto a CD. I asked the girl working behind the counter if I could wait for the CD to print. (I know this only takes a minute as I used to work for Walgreens) She said yes. I was walking around for about 15 minutes when I finally walked up to the front to see if it was done as she had not called my name. The team lead was up front now and informed me that the girl never released the order so it had not even started yet. Once it began they did not seem to know that you have to switch out the CD when the first one is full. 45 minutes later they still did not have my order done!! I was so patient and understanding but I reached my limit. I had to leave and asked that they call me when the order was done. Good thing I didn't hold my breath as 2 hours later I still haven't heard from them. The lead was kind enough to give me a discount but honestly, it does not make up for their incompetence and the hour of my day that I lost. I would not recommend this location of you have something important you need work on. read more
