Wow! Jaelynn in the pharmacy is beyond impressive, I watched this woman manage 8 different people (maybe more) so efficiently and kindly. I had the worst day was sick at work had my prescription sent to a closed location it's storming outside and she completed my prescription in less than 10 minutes, made me smile and was a total boss! This place is five minutes from my house and I only typically need my meds refilled once a month so it doesn't feel worth changing....but it is the WORST pharmacy. You wait in line for between 15-30 minutes every time, they will leave you on hold for 10-20 minutes and then hang up on you, half of the staff is rude and dismissive, and they bungle medications. Just yesterday my husband waited in line for over 25 minutes to pick up 2 scripts. When he got home I said "did you check the bag?" And he hadn't. Sure enough, one of the meds was missing. read more

Over a year after my last review, and nothing has changed in the pharmacy. This pharmacy is close enough for me to walk to but I'd rather drive across the valley than give another dime to this pharmacy. Nothing is ever ready- even if given days. And when it is ready, you're never getting a call or text to notify you. I don't think anyone has ever answered the phone in pharmacy either.....someone should make sure it's plugged in. Great store I love to get my stuff from there because it's so close to my house but today was different, I had a gift card and I swear I thought I had 25 dollars but I must've had 20 on there, and I know it's not their fault that I didn't have enough money, the man who was scanning my items had a bit of a attitude towards me because I was younger and I seemed like I didn't know what I was doing so he was rude but also just doing his job so I don't blame him? this guy was probably late 50s early 60s but yeah I just wish he could've been more helpful. read more

My god, worst customer service ever!! I stood at the window at 7:00 waiting for lady to open store as she chats with someone behind her then slow as shit opens the door. I grab 2 items then resume waiting for slow as shit lady at her register as she continues to chat with her colleague. Door sign says open at 7am. Several minutes go by and nobody unlocks the door. I finally follow a pharmacy associate through the door and ask if they're open. Carol only replies with what I can only describe as a grunt. I find the over the counter meds I was looking for and get outa there. Never again, I'll go the CVS down the street instead. read more

Do NOT put your card in the chute at the drive thru!!! They lost or stole my card when I used the chute. No manager was onsite to do anything. Just got to report my card stolen and hope none of them try to charge anything. read more

The wait at the drive-through is almost always long. Sometimes it's just ridiculous, as what I experienced yesterday. 16 minutes. When I arrived, there were only two cars ahead of me. Lol I never thought I'd be reviewing a pharmacy but here we are. THIS IS THE WORSE PHARMACY IN THE VALLEY!! We just moved to this side of town and my doctor called in a prescription on Wednesday 09/13 to this location on Happy Valley and we tried to pick it up that night but they said it would be ready the following day at noon. I went back the next day at and they said it still wasn't ready. I called Saturday morning 09/16 and they said it would be ready in a hour and I would get a text message confirming. Sunday came around and I called the pharmacy and they told me it was my fault due to it was filled by another location and I needed to contact my doctor due to insurance said the prescription was already filled. I said to cancel it and I would take my business somewhere else. I won't be spending my money at Walgreens again. read more

This pharmacy does not care about their clients. They are exstremely rude and never answer the phone. The Pharmacist could care less and everyone has an attitude but 1 girl. I feel sorry for her to have to work with her colleagues. A few years ago (pre-COVID) this Walgreens was okay. The last year they have progressively declined. I had a doctor call in pain medication at 11am. I tried to call twice. The first time I was on hold for 21 minutes - no answer. The second time after 36 minutes on hold they literally picked up the line and hung up. Oddly on the second call the announcement said I had one caller ahead of me. Additionally the app is useless if the pharmacy doesn't up date it! I've also had curbside order take 40 minutes to respond and then only after I went in the store. The last time the manager didn't apologize. Instead they acted like it was an inconvenience to get my order. The leadership at this store needs to learn about customer service - or they should be replaced. Eventually all of the people who accept substandard service and poor attitudes will do like I am and go somewhere else. This store doesn't earn any business. read more

My family stopped using this pharmacy a few years ago because of prices and bad service. We moved over to the Frys across the street and have had great luck until this week. Our pharmacy ran out of a prescription so we called this Walgreens and they were the only location that had it within 10 miles. We called and transferred the prescription and they said an hour. My wife showed up an hour late and they had not even called to get the transfer. After surgery you should not have to wait at their pharmacy for an hour. read more

The young workers are very cordial, have great friendly customer service. Try to get them. The older employees, especially the old tall manager and the old manager lady with glasses, they think they know corporate policy, but they do not. They do, however appear to like being in charge and giving attitude to customers who question their knowledge, or lack thereof. Better to go cvs just down the street, their employees are overall much much better and friendlier. They treat customers appropriately, unlike Walgreens where they don't seem to understand the simple fact that customers pay their salaries. read more

Made an online appt at the pharmacy for 1:30 to get a tetanus shot (I stepped on something sharp in the garage and don't remember when my last one was). The website allowed me to make it at that time. I also received a confirmation email. I got there before 1:30, went to the counter to check in, and they told me they close at 1:30 for lunch so I would need to come back later. What?! I have an appointment. The girl didn't care - just repeated they can't do it, they're closing for lunch. No apology. I asked to speak to the manager. She asked if I have an email confirmation, which I showed her. She said that's strange I was able to make the appt, must have been a glitch and she's sorry. What a waste of my time. 1) the online appointment system needs to be fixed, so people can't make appointments for when the pharmacy is closed for lunch and 2) A little politeness and empathy would be good. read more

This is the worst Walgreens ever. There was adults working the pharmacy last year now only kids They have no idea what they're doing and could care less. I took nine days to get a prescription and the only reason I got the prescription after nine days is because I screamed and they went searching for it and brought it back to the store took me two years to get my elderly fathers prescriptions on a schedule that I wasn't there every week picking up prescriptions because he is in not my only responsibility in life. After they finally get all the prescriptions in and he's already been out they refilled one of them as a 30 day instead of in 90 which was always a 90 and now the two years of work to get these on a fixed schedule where I can only had to pick them up once every three months is ruined because of those immature kids working at this Walgreens do not go to the one on 67th Ave. and Happyvalley it was perfect when all adults were working there never had these issues in the past six months has been hell getting prescriptions and none of the kids care. They are too young and they do not help the customer they literally said to me what what do you want me to do. I want you to do your job and do it right I guess that's too much to ask for nowadays. I wish there was a manager because I asked for one and it was a kid who came over and spoke to me who did you give a shit. I went in this evening to pick up photos. The photos clerks were super friendly and helpful. I decided to pick up a couple things. One of the photos clerks had moved up front. I swore to myself a few years ago that I would never use a Walgreens pharmacy again. When I moved out to Arizona, Walgreens was the most convenient place to go, and believe me I was NOT happy about it. However, this Walgreens is unlike any other! The service is friendly, the pharmacy is fast, and they usually have my prescription in stock! They worked really hard with my insurance and my doctor to figure out some miscommunications that occurred a few months ago. While I'll never understand why all Walgreens are so bad at having my medicine in stock, I am elated that this one almost always has it! This location has renewed my faith in Walgreens! read more

I work for a medical office and often have to call in prescriptions for patients. After being on hold for a combined total of 35 minutes and being disconnected MULTIPLE times, I was finally able to call in a patient. Being that patients that come in to see us are sick already, and do not feel good, making them wait is unacceptable. read more

I use this Walgreens constantly. If you are in the vicinity of this Walgreens and desire a clean establishment with an assortment of food, consumer, and houseware items - this is your place! I have also used the photo kiosks - both in store and uploading them first online - and let me tell you that it ROCKS! Much easier than trying to get your color printer at home to do the photos "right". And for 15 cents a print - you can't go wrong! TIP: For photo printing you can upload online to this location with SAME day pick-up for most sizes! Really convenient! read more
