The pharmacist is also responsible by LAW to counsel when prescription medication is picked up. This did not happen. Also my spouse was misled on the cost there's a big difference between 3 dollars and 73 cents versus 3 hundred 73 dollars and change. Further numerous times we didn't get all of our medications that were ready in one trip at least that we were used to but not the hundreds of dollars issue. If you dare to be upset they take it upon themselves to transfer your prescriptions to a pharmacy of their choosing without your consent at all. Also no one will give you their name or the name and phone number of district supervisor. Yes I was very upset but I did not use any foul language or threats or anything of the kind - I'm not like that. They however are rude, crude, and feel as though they can do whatever they like to people. With their uncaring attitude and behaviors they need to get another profession.

But what truly places them in the 5 Start category is this: I was going out of town early the next day but it was already 5:30pm and they close at 6pm. So I wouldn't be able to get the much needed prescription that night. Instead, they offered to deliver the meds to my house that night so I wouldn't miss it. They kept in constant contact to make sure they got the address correct and that I received it I don't know if this is their standard practice, but it made a world of a difference in positive business practices. Eric and Makaela have gone above and beyond dealing with my insurance company and getting my meds. approved. Meanwhile I had to keep calling CVS, was getting mixed information from different employees, would drive all the way across town bc a pharmacist told me it was ready when it wasn't, waited 4 extra days because they "forgot" to call me and tell me that they didn't even have my medication and that they would have to order it. I drove back and forth across town 4 times to CVS because the pharmacy techs and pharmacists weren't communicating with each other or with me. Trust me it's worth the drive to not have to deal with all that stress every time and it's nice to go to a pharmacy where the employees care.

Medications that I had been paying $200+ dollars/month for, due to my insurance not covering the medication, were suddenly available to me for $15/month because the staff at Lagniappe took the time to research my medications and found drug coupons. They did this completely unsolicited...just because they care about customer satisfaction! My prescriptions are ready on time and I get a text notifying me when it is time to pick them up. When I ran out of refills, the Pharmacy Tech called my Physician on my behalf to get more refills authorized. I have never dealt with such a customer-oriented Pharmacy!!

We have been in diaper rash hell for my daughters whole 2 months of life. In a last ditch effort our pediatrician called in a bunch of different things she wanted us to mix together and try. Well the pharmacist, Gerry, called me and let me know that he makes a cream in house that contains basically all the ingredients the doctor called in but for cheaper than a compounding pharmacy.
