This place is Terrible! They don't know what they are doing and they don't care if You get Your meds or not! They never have enough people working there which makes it a nightmare to get your meds filled and the people there don't care if you get your meds! It's a train Wreck! Period!!! I tried to pick up my meds yesterday and the lady can't even find my prescription and after ten minutes finds half my prescription and then can't fill it because there are 83 people in front of me! Holy moly. If you're going to use this pharmacy, make sure you've always got at least an hour freed up to be waiting in line. For over a year, I've rarely been able to get out of here in under 30 minutes. I've tried the drive thru as well as going inside. I've been trying to give it a rest because of covid but they can't keep employees for more than a couple of months and I've had countless problems with scripts not getting filled until I go wait in line to let them know my doctor sent it in. Not to mention, on several occasions I have received a phone call while waiting in line or when I received a voicemail and went back to pick up my script, there was "no pharmacist on duty" read more

I hate to even give one star but we all know zero stars are not an option. Waiting on drive thru for my covid test with health insurance and appointment time scheduled 4 days in advance and a man comes out says we are closing, sorry!!!!! Last covid test I had scheduled here I showed up and pharmacy helper at window said she couldn't find my appointment so i drove down to CVS , no not there either went back to walgreens again low and behold she found it. I'm actually sad I have to give one star. I've lived in this town since 2008. I seriously can't remember a single incident where everything went as a normal pharmacy transaction should. How Walgreens corporate hasn't done something about this pharmacy is beyond reason. I just spent almost 2 hours in line only to be told the seizure meds my kid needs and is currently out of after today isn't available right now, according to them 2 days ago it should have been ready yesterday. So now we have to trust that they will fill it sometime this evening, or looks like a trip to ER to get her meds. Shame on you Walgreens, only reason I've allowed you to treat us like this is insurance. No more I'd rather pay out of pocket than trust you again. read more

I have to say, the Walgreens in Gardner is not that bad. The shelves were well stocked, store was extremely clean, and I had several employees (four to be factual) offer to assist me with finding the items I needed. There is nothing like that late night run to find some medicine for a sick child. While I did not use the pharmacy and cannot speak to the efficiency or lack there of.... I would say overall that this Walgreens is much better than most that I have been into. read more

Two months ago I went in to this Walgreen's and was having a conversation with the front register lady Tammy and the shift supervisor Brian. I made a comment in which Brian told me I better watch it because Tammy would slap me silly. I thought it was a joke and she did come around the register and slapped me on both cheeks. The supervisor stood there in shock. She proceeded to try to hug me and my son (who was with me at the time was confused). The supervisor tried to calm me down after I walked away and provided decent customer service and checked me out in photo when I was ready. As I was about to leave my son put back a magazine he browsed after I asked him if he wanted it. And this same lady then smacked me in the back of the head with the magazine and stated what was I teaching my kids! She did all this while on the cameras. I went back in a few weeks later and this lady still was working there. This lady even tried to have a conversation with me like we were friends in the parking lot like nothing even happened!!! How do you assault a customer and still have a job.These people are the reason customer service is so horrible and why so many shop online. I contacted corporate office with no responses. Never will I shop there again. I would have put no stars if I could!!! read more

I used to always use Walgreens because they have a drive-through pharmacy. However, the Walgreen in Gardner is way below par. It generally takes an hour to get a RX filled, even if it's a really simple one. They are generally not friendly either. They always seem to act as if I'm inconveniencing them by doing my business there. There is only one older gentleman there that seem to enjoy his job and care about the customer. You can tell most of the others are only there to make money at a job. It is very disappointing. read more

I've been using the Walgreens pharmacy in Gardner for many years. They are prompt, knowledgable, offer guidance and flag me when there is a possible medicine interaction with a new prescription. I like their professionalism and most importantly, I trust them. The store is always very clean, well stocked with basic items, and they have tons of fun stuff for holidays and seasonal items. I've also gotten flu shots there and I was really pleased with the experience. Overall, I would recommend this store without reservation. It's a good place and I'm really glad they relatively close to my home. read more

Of course thanksgiving my boys are sick. I'm thankful they were open on a holiday, I know that can be difficult on employees when they want to relax as well. I was disappointed to see that the pharmacy was closed. How is the store open but not the pharmacy. I had to pick up a prescription for both my boys today and could not get them. I called to ask what ate the hours and I needed the pharmacy, they told me the will be open normal hours. So I assumed they heard me ask about the pharmacy. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, however, sometimes have to wait for extended periods of time or hunt down someone to help.

The people who work here are amazing. Everytime I go in, it's like seeing the best people in your family, all at once.
