Pharmacy service horrible. Delay my refill for 2 weeks. I keep requesting it through app. Just says delay out stock for days then disappears like I never requested it. I spoke 3 different staff. They say it's on order. For 2 weeks already. I need to find a different pharmacy. They don't care. One less patient to deal with. Walgreens pharmacy needs to do better. This is Clinton and brawley location read more

This Walgreens helped me tremendously. My daughter had a terrible earache. They helped assist me quickly. I received her medication in about an hour. Even helped assist me with calling her doctors office. This Walgreens is very busy they picked up Rite Aid customers and I think they are doing a great job. The workers at the drive-through are very helpful and knowledgeable and assist you the best they can. read more

1/03/24 Greeted upon entering. Checking it out. Need a phone charger and, of course, got more! They have Valentine's Day goodies too! Of course, I got some. Got some new sunglasses too! Found some cute ones. Especially after I accidentally cracked my favorite ones. Music playing in store. Safe & clean. Organized & easy to find what you need! Checkout after that with well wishes! Great service and store! Highly recommended!! read more

Riteaid closed and moved all of their prescriptions over to Walgreens. It's been a few months and they are so slow and they never answer the phone. The line both inside the store and the drive thru take forever. The app is also terrible. I have spent the last 25 minutes on the phone only to be told to try back later. Frustrated. read more

Every single interaction I've had this location has been great. From the small recommendations to save my card to the time taken to call my insurance and work out prescriptions issues. Every thing has been seamless. Name drop: Vanessa & the lady with the green eyes, thank u both for being hard workin and providing excellent customer service whether it be in the drive thru or in store! (5) starz!!! read more

Terrible customer service, terrible hold times on the phone and at store. Talking to a different person about a medication or problem and you'll get a different answer. No respect for people's time nor empathy for patients needs for needed medications. This place REALLY makes me miss Rite Aid. Calling their corporate office doesn't help. DON'T COME HERE UNLESS YOU ARE EXTREMELY PATIENT. read more

Experience was so terrible, I had to make a yelp account. I've been sick for a couple of days now and due to the circumstances I was having issues with my health insurance. So my significant other took it upon himself to gather temporary medicine for me and when he did, they were profiling and questioning his usage and even after explaining the situation they still belittled him. read more

The lady's at the pharmacy in Walgreens are extremely rude. I came to get my prescription and the lady with brown hair and blue eyes not only gave me attitude she had rolled her eyes at me. When I came back she had told me my prescription wasn't ready and walked away from me. This place is extremely unprofessional! read more

Pharmacy is so rude and so disrespectful they don't have anything and always say come back and it's still not available even till a week after. This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy ever and the worst workers and now that rite aid shut down they are low on staff and everyday lines have 12 people waiting in line. read more

Leah in the Photo department is such a great asset to the store! I was unable to upload my pictures to the app so I could order enlargements, so I came in to ask for help. She immediately showed me the kiosk, hooked my phone up, showed me how to follow the instructions, and ended up having to do nearly all of it herself, and because of a her help, I was able to bring home the 4 - 8 x 10's I wanted and within 2 minutes! She was amazing! Thank you, Leah, and Walgreens for hiring her! read more

The staff is pretty rude here. We got to the drive-thru about 15 min early for a covid rapid test and the lady told us to get there at the exact time we were given which was 10:45 ok whatever, but online it says you get results within 2 hours, 2 hours passed and still nothing. I did my test at a different Walgreens location just an hour before my bf's, and they were not rude at all even though I got there sort of early. Anyway, 2 hours and a half pass by so I call, and as I'm trying to explain that I got my results within two hours at the other location, the man on the phone was very rude and wouldn't even let me talk. He just continued to talk over me TWICE and it was so frustrated. His tone was also rude. Do NOT recommend this "pharmacy". This one is a disappointment in comparison to other Walgreens. read more

I had a scheduled appt. for a Covid booster and flu shot this afternoon. Got to the pharmacy early as instructed to be on time for appt. and checked in. They were quiet. 15 mins. in the woman at the counter took my immunization card. A bit later she asked for my insurance and told me she was preparing my vaccines. Then nothing till 35 mins after my actual appt. time. I had been watching the time and no traffic and I was done. I got up to the counter to ask for my cards and leave. The woman shoved two sets of papers at me and said, "You need to fill these out". Oh, no. I could have been doing those all along. I asked for my cards. She said,"There are only two of us here." That's you. How about your customer? Takes seconds to say, "Sorry for the delay, we...." It's called communication and customer service. I would have hung in a little longer with a little of that. She seemed unconcerned as reflected in other reviews here. I came home, registered online all over again with their competitor across the street for a same day appt. A completely different and better experience. One person waiting ahead of me and I still got home (including my post shot wait to make sure I was okay) in less time than I sat at Walgreens without being seen. (This is the pharmacy. The store as a whole is a mixed bag. Some good, pleasant, helpful register staff. A former manager was so dense, I went to another store for photo service. No need for that kind of frustration.) read more

Man, this Walgreens sucks. I came in today because I needed a phone charger, and after finding it I had to wait for nearly 10 minutes for the girl behind the counter to get off the phone to come and unlock the display. Apparently the non-work related phone call she was taking took priority over helping me and the other lady standing and waiting for her. I don't expect some unattainable level of service from a Walgreens, but I do expect that I shouldn't have to wait for 10 minutes just to buy something, which she knew was locked before sending me over I might add. read more

I've never had an issue with customer service or timliness at this location. They always have what I need and are conveniently around the corner from me. I believe at drug stores it is a hit and miss when it comes to pharmacy and photo issues. I have been here several times though and never had a problem. read more

Either Walgreens or green dot debit visa-load cards are pulling a scam. I purchased one of the cards here and tried to get a refund because the card said register it then I tried and it said on our first attempt we made too many tries. Then tried on another phone and it said federal govt needs to confirm identity. Then as I got frustrated pressed submit then it said it was having technical problems with green dot. Went to store and manager pointed out the no refund sign. But they took my dads money. The cashier knew to ask "what type of problem this time question "!! Why sell something that you won't stand behind WALGREENS!!! And why keep doing buisiness with green dot?!! On 3-19-18 went to pick up meds. This one sent me to ashlan and Cornelia then ashlan and Cornelia sent me back saying that dr office canceled it. But the Clinton pharmacy said was asking me how did dr office cancel it if it was in the pharmacy system? I could not answer that!!!!!!! It's YOUR!!!! System On 11-23-18 waited for 6 Minutes while to employees a pharmacist and a reg. Employee had me wait and never greeted me. The service here is garbage!!!! CRAAAP!!! Total of three employees. One customer at counter and now a line of cars!!!! Craaap!!! read more

The worst Walgreens ever!!!! NEVER GO HERE!!!! The staff was rude when we pulled up early for our appointment for a COVID drive through test, they made us wait I til the exact time which wasn't an issue but it says to be there early. Then when we pull up they were extremely rude about getting the test done. So I take the swab and stick it in my nose and I have difficulty doing it so I use the other hand to put on my other nostril to get in there and the lady starts yelling at me that she can't see what I'm doing and that I need to stop doing that. Other places have ever told me that or have even watched me do that so I was a little thrown back but whatever about it. Give the test back and drive home which is about 2 hours away since that was the closest rapid test I could get my hands on. Five hours ago by and still nothing so I called and they told me that the test was invalid!!! Like wtf??? I didn't get an email or nothing telling me anything about that. They said it runs through a third party and I should've gotten an email but I clearly didn't since I called and that it was the only invalid test they had today. That place is incredibly ridiculous and just the worst. Wasted a lot of my time and money on gas just for them to say it was "in read more

Zero stars! It made me pick 1! They don't deserve any! Walgreens on Brawley & Clinton stole my money. I'm sure they are all the same! I swiped my American Express prepaid card and because they run as a credit not a debit! My last name didn't match on my ID. Ok, so I paid cash for my purchase. Done right? Wrong ! They not only got my cash, they then proceeded to steal every penny off my card! Everything, more then my purchase amount! I called the manager he said yes he sees I paid cash. So you would think they would give their loyal paying customer a reversal of her hard earned money! Wrong! This happened Feb. 9th before Valentines Day it is now Feb. 16th. Well so much for getting to celebrate ! And yes I called Amer. Express, they can't do anything until 8 days later, supposedly! We shall see! I wonder how Walgreens would like if I walked in and took merchandise that adds up to the $110 + they stole from me and told then don't worry I will return it after 8 days when I get my money back! I wouldn't be stealing Cuz its paid for! WTF is wrong with you Walgreens? I PAID CASH AND YOU TOOK ALL MY MONEY ON MY CARD AND PUT IT ON HOLD!! I for one never will never shop here again, Shame on you! I hope this post costs you loss of customers! read more
