Walgreens is my preferred choice of drug store, they offer the same products as any major chain. They also have a rewards system. The best thing about Walgreens rewards system is, when you're at the cash register, they inform you that you have money available and they ask if you would like to use it. You don't need to carry a receipt and coupons the length of a house broom with expiration dates and you miss the expiration date you missed the opportunity to use that coupon. Customer service is exceptional here, they seem to be enthused about serving the customers, the stores aren't consistent in this area. I also don't recall the stores being as the competitor. It's a really good place to shop and did I fail to mention, they don't insist that you use a kiosk. I recall ever seeing one. I'm always happy to shop at Walgreens..... I get on line at the cash register where I saw there was a cashier ringing people up a few minutes earlier, with an harmful of products to purchase and a customer walks to the photo section where the cashier all of a sudden reappeared and rang up the customer. So, I waited. Then the cashier at the photo section took on a second customer. I raised my hand, and said 'I'm waiting to checkout, I was here waiting before those two customers'. No problem, I waited again, but a James Baldwin look alike, except bald, told me to relax. I won't be going back unless I take a day off of work, this Walgreens is worst than the DMV. Also, everything is in plexiglass, and I didn't have time to hunt down someone with a key to open up the deodorant cabinet and the red summons button wasn't working. No wonder this place is losing money. read more

This Walgreen is horrible. Always short staffed and things are so unorganized in the store. I went to drop off a package around 12:45 pm during a weekday, but there was only one cashier at the register. Once she took care of all the customers at the register, she looked at me (I was standing by the FedEx / photo section) and walked straight to the pharmacy section without saying a word. Another employee walked into the photo section with chocolate / snacks on her hands. She was chewing her snacks while talking to me. So unprofessional! Received a phone message my prescription was ready. Arrived to pick it up and was told it wasn't ready and would be ready in 15 minutes.Well i didn't have 15 minutes to wait! Worst Walgreens ever, the photo department has inexperience workers or no one working at all! Customers wait over an hour for help or not at all, they lose pictures, they give them 6months later, they say they cancel your order with no phone call, no paper, machines are always down, they mix up orders because multiple people in the home order. They are rude, lines are disgusting. And same day pickup is a joke. Overall a horrible place! No stars at all should be picked! read more

Absolutely horrendous pharmacy department. Waited an hour for a scheduled vaccine. The pharmacist wasn't even there. When she finally showed up, she came out and dropped a dozen syringes on the table in front of me - crossed my fingers she gave me the right one! There is always a line, pharmacy clerks are rude. Unprofessional leadership team. Takes things personally when ask them questions regarding procedures and policies. Will retaliate against you if you complain to Walgreen's customer relations. They will make you wait longer. I am seriously considering transferring my services elsewhere. My family have used this pharmacy ever since we've moved into the area and it's a shame that I may have to transfer my family's prescription elsewhere, a family of 8, because the leaders there are unkind, impatient, short tempered, and downright unprofessional. read more

This review is for the photo department. They were amazing and had my photos ready instantly which I was so happy with. My usb cord was acting up and they had usb cords for customers to borrow. Very rude and incompetent! Terrible customer service and emoloyees have no manners! Store manager was walking away from me as commenting on the fact that i cant return/exchange a product. I bought an e-cig that did not work. I barely walked out of the store when i openned it and realized it didnt work, so i went back (a min after my purchase) and was told i cant return/exchabge a defective product because its tobacco. As she (the store manager) was telling me this as she was walking away without even looking at me. Rude! I was in disbelieve that i couldnt get my money back for a defective product. Plus no further explanation, no "i appologize we cannot accept returns" or simply look at me and at least and make eye contact, NOTHING. If you dont have proper qualieties (that includes manners) to be a store manager then you shouldnt be there. Walgreens should look closer into who manages their stores and maybe provide proper customer care training. Their store managers cannot look as if they are doing a huge favor assisting customers! read more

Quick find + grab & go checkout + acceptance of a coupon = top-notch mediocrity.

They have many items that one would expect to have. Not everything ideal but the clearance section is a pleasant surprise. Also I found that the clerk named Michael has been extremely friendly and courteous on each occasion I have shopped here. read more

This Walgreens is great because it's close by and always clean! I never really need to ask for help but when I'm checking out, it never fails every time I come the workers are always complaining about another worker that sadly is never near the cash register to defend themselves.
