Once, I unexpectedly got a couple of flat tires and needed replacing, they got me them the same day and I don't feel like I was over charged. I'm sure if I went to a whole tire center I would have gotten a better deal but I didn't have the opportunity and I don't feel like I was ripped off.

Tonight the traffic was not bad at all, so getting back on to Hillside Ave was super easy. This is not always the case with getting in and out of this station. All of the stations within this block are pretty much the same with the entrance and exiting, this one is a bit dicey because its just in a super bad spot. This is an incredible perk to the membership especially if you take advantage of buying the items that actually reduce the per gallon price even further. What I save in gasoline prices more than make up for the membership costs and... I get a great cash bank bonus along with BJ rewards. It's definitely a win-win to be a member. I made the mistake of shopping after I purchased gas and both items were part of their "reduction in gas prcice" selection. The stations are spacious with an easy access wherever they're located. The long hoses make it easy now matter which side you come from. There is always an attendant on duty so if you need help, someone is close by. Another nice perk is free air. A $1.25 is not a lot for an air machine but if your uses it a couple of times a month you save yourself another $30.00. My tires always seem the need to be refilled... I get out of the car confused. He's says you asked snacks and walk out without buying. I said. What? I left because you don't have what I want. He then orders me to empty out my purse. Took my car here for an inspection last year and was passed without incident. Went again this year…read moreand was told that I needed $800 of work, primarily to replace the front passenger side ball joint along with a few other repairs. I had received a similar estimate from another location where I had taken my car for an oil change a few weeks earlier. I got the work done, and within days, the car began pulling hard to the right, so much so that I needed to drive with the wheel at a 45 degree angle to the left just to keep the car driving straight. In a matter of days, the tread on the tire where I had the ball joint replaced was completely gone where it felt like driving on glass. As it turns out, they didn't not provide an alignment after installing the new ball joint which caused the problem (that I was quoted on and told was necessary with a new ball joint by the second location in their estimate only 10 days earlier). I brought the car back to the shop with bill in hand that indicates their work is guaranteed for 90 days. Their mechanic looks at the car, renders it undrivable and tells me that it will be another $2000+ to repair the damage. I asked how this was possible since they literally just passed me for an inspection and inquired about the guarantee, but was told the damage is completely unrelated to the work that was done at the time of inspection and that I would have to pay full price. So I am supposed to believe that after $800 worth of repairs to the front passenger side tire/ball joint, that completely coincidentally I've incurred another two grand in damages that are entirely unrelated to what was allegedly "fixed" only days earlier which has left my car undrivable? What a bunch of con artists. I'm currently looking into taking them to small claims court. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be scammed.
