I can only guess that he must have been the owner or a family member because I can't imagine anyone would intentionally hire some one to ruin their business. Now that I think about it he overcharged me as well. I have a 12 gallon tank, bought 3/4 of a tank of gas and was charged $35.20. I gave him $40. He refused all requests and threatened me.

It's not because a hustler is asking to pump your fuel for money, it's because the attendant pumps the fuel. My service today was topping off my car with gas and I received .03 cents off by using my shell rewards. One can also use Stop and Shop redeemable points to get a lower price on fuel. There is a miniature convenience store located on the premises, which offers a vacuuming for your car, trashcan for cleaning your car. In the miniature store there's cigs; New Port, Marlboro, etc... Oil for your car, antifreeze, and snacks. I did not see windshield washer fluid which is what I were looking to purchase.

It just the location and anything special about the particular location that changes. I love BJ's gas stations for so many reasons with the number 1 being the cost of gas. This is an incredible perk to the membership especially if you take advantage of buying the items that actually reduce the per gallon price even further. What I save in gasoline prices more than make up for the membership costs and... I get a great cash bank bonus along with BJ rewards. It's definitely a win-win to be a member. I made the mistake of shopping after I purchased gas and both items were part of their "reduction in gas prcice" selection. The stations are spacious with an easy access wherever they're located. The long hoses make it easy now matter which side you come from. There is always an attendant on duty so if you need help, someone is close by. Another nice perk is free air. A $1.25 is not a lot for an air machine but if your uses it a couple of times a month you save yourself another $30.00. My tires always seem the need to be refilled... They usually aren't the cheapest game in the area & often have the same price for regular as the station near my house but today must have been my lucky day. Gas there was about 4 cents cheaper & I was in serious need of some (riding on about 1/8 of a tank since I had to keep the car started after the battery was jumped off). The staff was friendly to me & I got my gas tank filled with no issues. Small but if you're traveling in the right direction, you can't go wrong here. They also don't play that game where they charge you more if you pay with a credit/debit card; it's the same price no matter how you pay. If you're in desperate need for gas, you can't go wrong here.

Three days ago, when I stopped by to get gas, I scanned BJ's card and selected regular, but I noticed that the pump was charging me for premium gas. I tried to get the attendant(in his glass room) to help solve the problem or at least explain what was going on. He stared at me several times and then just turned his face away. I stopped pumping and went over to him to ask why I was being charged for premium instead of what I selected, and why there was no paper in the pump (as usual). He was extremely rude and adversarial, yelling from inside his booth that I should file a complaint with management. When I asked him--again--why the pumps NEVER have paper, he told me to look up the management's number and speak to them myself. He even refused to give me his name. I will not be giving them any more business. Even though the price is a bit lower, the operation and customer service are horrible.

I take a close look and they are all individually wrap cookies. Nothing that I want. I turn to him and stay. Okay thanks and walk away. I barely get into the car and he's knocking on my window. I get out of the car confused. He's says you asked snacks and walk out without buying. I said. What? I left because you don't have what I want. He then orders me to empty out my purse. I'm like are you kidding me. I'm on my way to surgery and was looking for a small gift for my Dr. He still is saying let me see. OMG. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. So I emptied out my entire Louis Vuitton bag on the floor. Telling him every item. Showing him every time. Here's my pee in a bag. My phone to call hubby after surgery. My surgery paperwork.
