It's not because a hustler is asking to pump your fuel for money, it's because the attendant pumps the fuel. My service today was topping off my car with gas and I received .03 cents off by using my shell rewards. One can also use Stop and Shop redeemable points to get a lower price on fuel. There is a miniature convenience store located on the premises, which offers a vacuuming for your car, trashcan for cleaning your car. In the miniature store there's cigs; New Port, Marlboro, etc... Oil for your car, antifreeze, and snacks. I did not see windshield washer fluid which is what I were looking to purchase.

What happened was when I stepped on the gas pedal, the car stopped going, I drifted to the side of the highway and pulled over. I was having nightmares about how much the repair would cost since the situation lead me to believe it was a transmission issue. It turned out to be $10 issue. You see, the plug from my transmission broke loose thereby causing all the transmission fluid to leak out, that will cause the car to not go when you step on the gas. I swear by there honesty and integrity. They could have easily hosed me for a far more expensive repair and I would not have known the difference. I came to this BP Station for CARGO Inspection that was required by my insurance company. I went…read morein and explained to the man that I needed to do a CARGO Inspection and he asked me to fill out the form. I went back to the car to fill out the form and there were a few people waiting to buy snacks/cigarette at the time I returned to the place. Mr. Raci asked me to pass him the form and he started to fill out the form while servicing the other customers. Since he was servicing the other customers while filling out my form, I wasn't sure if he was talking to me or other customers when he spoke. Once the form was completed, he went out to take a few photos of my vehicle and returned the completed form to me for my record. The whole process was about 15 minutes and they knew what they were doing, the only thing I did not like was that he was multi-tasking while servicing me (or other customers). Overall it was an easy CARGO inspection process and no appointment was needed for this.

While the total re-build/renovation was a great improvement, staff isn't so much. I have never been greeted with a smile, let alone hello. One night I walked in and the two guys running the place were drinking what looked like cordials. The stuff inside is expensive. I picked up a quart of oil and windshield washer fluid and each were $4.00. They sell beer and snacks inside but could careless about customer service. I truly feel coming here for anything other than gas, an uncomfy situation. You feel as if you really are bothering them by just opening the door. While the gas here has its' competitive prices and is self serve, I will continue filling up at this station. Unless I am in a dire situation, I won't be dropping in for a pack of gum anytime soon.

What's up with you 'Mericans who ask "do you drive?" meaning have you got a car? Yes I drive, no I dont own a car....now that that's been cleared up) I come here with family or friends when they want to full up. In fact I recommend this petrol station to them as both staff members have always been very kind to me whenever I visit on a walk-by to get snacks (read redbull). There are air and vacuum pumps. The air pump is currently working the vacuum not. It's just opposite Arthur Hendrickson Park and Pool in case you were wondering. The End of my glorious review.
