Once again, being part of a big chain, you will see that many of my reviews for these establishments are similar. It just the location and anything special about the particular location that changes. I love BJ's gas stations for so many reasons with the number 1 being the cost of gas. This is an incredible perk to the membership especially if you take advantage of buying the items that actually reduce the per gallon price even further. What I save in gasoline prices more than make up for the membership costs and... I get a great cash bank bonus along with BJ rewards. It's definitely a win-win to be a member. I made the mistake of shopping after I purchased gas and both items were part of their "reduction in gas prcice" selection. The stations are spacious with an easy access wherever they're located. The long hoses make it easy now matter which side you come from. There is always an attendant on duty so if you need help, someone is close by. Another nice perk is free air. A $1.25 is not a lot for an air machine but if your uses it a couple of times a month you save yourself another $30.00. My tires always seem the need to be refilled... KUDOs to BJs for their service to the public. read more

Good prices, but could definitely use more pumps. Perhaps when it originally opened there wasn't as much of a need. There is almost always a line here and the traffic is one way only, so you have to enter one way, which means if you want to get gas before shopping you have to drive all the way around the block and wait for the light. The receipt also does not print at your pump. You must walk over to the window to claim it. read more

Gas pumps are insanely slow. This should be fixed so that the long lines can shorten for the paying members. I've joined Costco bc of the better quality meats And fish but keep BJs for fuel and convenience items since it's close to home for me. BJs you need to starts treating us like customer / members instead of a captive audience. read more

I decided to get cheap gas with my Bj's temporary membership. I would never try this experiment with my car. So far no problems. The line was short. Plenty of self serve gas pumps. I chose regular gas because it was the least expensive choice. Scan your membership card and your good to go. They accept cash or credit. My membership is only for 3 months. So whenever I am in the area I will fill her up before the year ends! read more

Cheapest gas in the area by far, but have to concur with others about the lines and how everyone at the pumps seems to have to be on their cell phone while getting their gas (and slowing the entire process down for the rest of us). Just be aware that the gas station is through the right side of the parking lot, all the way up to the sign stating "Do Not Enter", at which point you make that last (hidden) right. I will admit I circled the parking lot twice, exited, looped around the block, and then came back. In my defense, it was dark and raining...but still the shame stings. Friendly station attendant as well, as I'd had to return due to leaving something on top of the pump. Never found it, but the staffer was happy to help and suggest where it might have wound up. read more

For the price of a Membership you get shop in bulk.This is Great savings for families. Bjs offers everythings from from Gas to Food .The price of fuel is usally a savings of 6 cents but not all Bjs have Gas. They also have a bakery which you can get a 1/2 sheet for 19.99 now thats a deal compared to the cost at bakerys. I love BJ's and find great values weekly my home away from home. read more

I went there around mid day so there were no lines. Cheapest prices and clean new bays make this a no brainer if the lines are short. The costs of the land and minimal profit margins must make this a member perk. Costco sells gas in California and this is a welcome site. I do think the design of the station can lead to trouble for New Yorkers, but once people get used to having the gas hose hang over their cars instead of turning around their cars there will be less confusion. read more

Warning!!! Watch the gas price. Today my husband got gas, clicked on the $2.11 button, and as he started to pump, he saw that it was pumping at $2.53. everytime i comes. the lines are crazy. takes forever to pay.

This bjs used to be cleaner an more efficient than the one in Levittown but lately it is pretty bad. Is there a different manager ? Today I went there to shop and the store was all disorganized. The case of water I usually by was missing from the end cap where it usually is. In the aisle all the cases of water were in front of the wrong price on the shelf. For instance I took a case of regular 16 oz bottles that said sport bottle on shelf. The price on the shelf that said Palmolive dish washing detergent 90oz actually had dawn packed on the shelf ( that appeared people took and will be overcharged.) when you found the Palmolive the shelf was pretty much empty and what was left was all the way in the back so you had to try to climb to get to the back. Eventually I had to ask an employee to help me. This type of thing went on the whole time I was there includ. shelves filled with empty boxes hiding merchandise. Why should I have to clear away the empty boxes from the shelf. Of course when i got to the check my BJs card and money was missing from my pocket after all the climbing around. One time recently when i was there the check out girl on the express line was a foreigner basically and was slow. I mean ridiculously slow ! She did have time to make all kinds of faces at the older women in front of me. Really manager do you think is the right person to put on the express line where customers want to get out quick. I don't expect to be waited on when I shop to save money but this is just really bad and becoming not worth it !!!!!! read more
