Attendant- no it's your card. Me: No, there is nothing wrong with the card. It worked fine before. There is something wrong with this pump. Attendant: No, it's your card. It was declined. Me: Yes, it says declined but the issue is with this pump. Not with my card. Attendant: No, it's your card. It was declined. Me: I have a baby who I took out of the car for this. I don't have time for this! After this fruitless exchange, I left. Luckily with no money lost. I went to another gas station. Well wouldn't you know- my card that was NOT the issue I'll just say that! Poor customer service here, very unhelpful. Perhaps you should take the time to listen to your customers, try and rectify a situation when they tell you something is wrong instead of arguing or speaking down to them. Even if their gas were the cheapest in a 1,000 mile radius I wouldn't return.

This is the cash price. I asked inside if there was an ATM machine and he pointed to it and I said oh it could have bitten me as it was right in front of me. I used a debit card and the machine decided to go bonkers. It locked my card and shut down with error messages. Long story short the man did reboot it and got my card out after some minutes. It then said it had an error and was not useable. I used my debit card to get gas. But of course even that was considered a credit card price. I asked if he was able to give me the cash price and he said no. So, I did get gas, but I had to tell him an amount, So for 35 dollars I paid 3.35 per gallon as credit cards are 10 cents more. I had made the effort to give cash. (likely there would have been an ATM fee anyway) Did it break my piggy bank? No.

It just the location and anything special about the particular location that changes. I love BJ's gas stations for so many reasons with the number 1 being the cost of gas. This is an incredible perk to the membership especially if you take advantage of buying the items that actually reduce the per gallon price even further. What I save in gasoline prices more than make up for the membership costs and... I get a great cash bank bonus along with BJ rewards. It's definitely a win-win to be a member. I made the mistake of shopping after I purchased gas and both items were part of their "reduction in gas prcice" selection. The stations are spacious with an easy access wherever they're located. The long hoses make it easy now matter which side you come from. There is always an attendant on duty so if you need help, someone is close by. Another nice perk is free air. A $1.25 is not a lot for an air machine but if your uses it a couple of times a month you save yourself another $30.00. My tires always seem the need to be refilled... KUDOs to BJs for their service to the public.
