No straw was provided with the drink, and when I opened the bagel bag, there was no butter included at all--just three plastic knives. When I asked for a straw, I was met with an attitude and told I would have to pay for it. The customer service here is consistently unfriendly. During my visit, I also overheard a barista openly complaining about how much they hate making Frappuccinos. I understand every job has its frustrations, but customers shouldn't have to listen to employees complain about the products they're ordering. Unfortunately, the staff always seem miserable, and that attitude carries over into their interactions with customers. Even though this location is within walking distance of my house, I'd rather drive to another Starbucks than deal with the service here. Management seriously needs to address both the customer service and overall atmosphere of this store.

Whenever I couldn't make it to one of my favorite supermarkets or if I ran out of a not-so-common ingredient, I would come here to grab groceries and they've never disappointed me. Moreover, the staff are kind and efficient in moving the lines along quickly. I don't get a chance to visit this Super Bodega often but whenever I'm in Flatbush, I make sure to stop by just for old times sake :).

It's attached to a Dunkin donuts so during certain times there is high traffic. The prices are pretty fair and the ice cream is always fresh. I was pleasantly surprised that they offer everything on both their menus. When entering you see the cinnabon station and some of the employees making more Cinnabons. You also pass the fridges full of premade ice cream cakes. Next you see the scoop ice cream and toping station before seeing the pre made ice creams. The staff was friendly and were doing everything they could to assist me. I got a oreo milkshake, a waffle cone bowl with 2 scoops and small Cinnabon rolls. Inside was a bit crowded and no where to sit so I took my items to go. So happy to have a place close by.
