I went up to the front cashiers and asked them if they did and there were two cashiers on duty and the one that answered my question did not look happy about it (she stated that they are an authorized agent) & I said ok, I have a return in my car and I will go get it. Upon returning with it, I informed the cashier (chubby gal with glasses wearing a Nike shirt and no name tag) that I did not know the procedures for the return and she just rudely glared at me and mumbled to a CSR on duty something about being able to return it in the same pkg. The CSR was fairly nice and said yes, then proceeded to go to the other counter and tossed some strapping tape and scissors on the counter to me and walked away. I began taping the pkg and I asked the cashier where do I affix the label and she proceeded to tell me again rudely that they are just an authorized agent and I told her I understand that; however, I have never done this before so I do not know the procedure(s) and returning for someone else. The lazy cashier then mumbled something under her breath and I told her she didn't have to be so damn rude and she responded by telling me that she wasn't being rude and "WTF is wrong with customers today, they're all being bitchy!". I responded back if you don't like your job then don't work here and that she was the one being rude! She quickly went to a corner and hid. When I returned to the counter another young cashier took the pkg and I asked her if that was all I needed to do and she said yes and thanked me very coldly. I have been going to Kroeger stores since I was a kid in Los Angeles county (it's called Ralph's in CA). It usually is the better nicer store to go to. I don't know what the deal with the staff is (shout out to the staff at our stores in ABQ off golf course on westside) but as opposed to most people we have encountered since moving to New Mexico really awful. My opinion is they are probably kids of the highly paid Los Alamos lab employees (median household income here is over 100k) ie over indulged and under parented. Example (note it was Father's Day) I wanted to order 2 sandwiches as we drove up from ABQ for a short break. First no one came to help, then a really snotty male employee said "oh you have to order sandwiches in the morning". So WTF was this guy even doing there? So if I came in at lunch and wanted a sandwich the answer is no? Dude, this isn't Beverly Hills, or Los Ranchos. It's a tiny city in the middle of pretty much no where. Lose the attitude bro, all he had to say was "I'm sorry it's too late in the day but can I direct you to where you can get other to go food". So I bought sandwich stuff to make our own in our hotel. Cheaper, bigger, better. Kroeger needs to take a look at this store as from the other reviews there is obviously a huge issue.

Problem is management has no idea as to cleanliness. I have sent emails to corporate and personally spoke to two store managers but have seen no results. 1. Restrooms are filthy the cleaning crew has no idea how to clean. I have personally taken some bar Keepers helper and cleaned a few sinks and even shown management the difference, but nothing has been done to resolve the issue. 2. Both Family Restrooms have old doors that have a sign that should show when occupied or not but do not work. 3. The area around the Starbucks is always filthy it needs to be cleaned numerous times a day especially after the lunch hour. 4. It sems it is no one's responsibility to move the plastic shopping baskets from the self-checkout counters to the entrance so customers are forced to proceed thru the exit door to obtain one, although there are always 2 employees standing there because the registers have so many issues, they or the employees bringing shopping carts in could easy move them, I have actually collided with customers checking out with their shopping carts while obtaining a basket. I am sure many customers share these issues but as this is the only large Grocery store in town must continue to shop there. Please share your experiences and maybe Smiths corporate will do something. Hate to post such a negative review but frustrated that Management does not seem to care, only response is "short on staff" well get out of the office and make some changes and get involved. only took me 5 min to make 1 sink look like new. Then a technicien, Amanda, tells me that I need to come back in 2 days, that it is not time to pick up the prescription yet. I say: "Why did your employe tell me to come today when I called last week?", her response: "Did you ask for her name? No? Well, if you don't ask for a name, how do you expect us to train our employees properly, you need to tell us who you talked to." Hum... Am I supposed to participate in employee training? In a second, the responsibility of the error became mine, and I was scolded. Both Amanda and the pharmacist, Stephanie Martinez, told me to go to another pharmacy if I weren't happy with their services. I think that we should be able to resolve a problem rather than part ways, but perhaps this is an old way of thinking. All a client needs is the correct information, then we proceed accordingly. We all have busy schedules. More was said in our exchange and I really hope that things get better, I wish for a good and efficient rapport in the future and, if it is the case, I will re-evaluate my rating to reflect this change. This was the day of a weird surprise snowstorm in Santa Fe that essentially shut down traffic downtown at our "rush hour" - it took nearly 30 minutes to drive what usually takes 5 through the storm. I made it to the store just before closing time. The pharmacist then informed me that although I had received a text indicating that my prescription was ready, and I had dangerously driven during a storm to access that prescription for my urgent condition, the pharmacist had only filled half the order. Apparently, he took it upon himself to disagree with my physician, and provided two different lies as to why he would not fill the prescription. So - if you need to depend on a pharmacy for reliable medical support - I would not recommend relying on Nambe Drugs in Santa Fe for anything other than Advil or chewing gum. The pharmacist's behavior was probably illegal, but at the very least incredible disrespectful to me, my safety, and my prescribing doctor.

The gas pump area is brightly lit, spacious, and has a large number of dispensers with the latest display technology. All pumps feature large LED displays and have eliminated physical buttons for gasoline grade selection and keypad entries. The pumps also accept Apple Pay or other NFC-based cards. Currently, payments are restricted to cards on the Visa or MasterCard networks-AMEX and Discover are not accepted. The store itself has a decent selection of snacks and beverages and there is also a franchised Fatburger restaurant on one end of the plaza. Overall, it's a clean and easy place to stop on road trips in the area. Note: if you're pulling a trailer, you'll want to enter through the street between the station and the Santa Claran casino to use the wide ramp into the station. Recommended.
