I had one of the most unprofessional and frustrating experiences I've ever had at a Walgreens today, specifically with Irma and the woman working in the photo department (I didn't catch her name, but I have a video reference). When I first walked in to register, I witnessed Irma speaking to a customer who was simply asking a question about her reward points. Instead of trying to understand the woman's concern, Irma just repeated the same dismissive line over and over in a rude tone: "It's online. You have to look online." She didn't even try to clarify, help, or explain anything. When it was my turn to check out, I asked about the in-store Pepsi promo coupon for $1 off. I had already texted the code exactly as the coupon instructed, and I received a message saying the discount would apply once I entered my rewards number. But when they rang me up, nothing applied. Instead of helping, Irma fed me the same nonsense excuse she'd been giving everyone: "It's an online coupon. You have to do it on your phone." That wasn't even true. The coupon was right there, in store, clearly marked. She acted like I didn't understand the process, when in reality she clearly didn't know what she was talking about. She eventually voided the transaction and manually took off the dollar -- something she could have done from the start. Irma then tried to argue with me by claiming the coupon was marked in red and that it clearly said it was an online only offer. I showed Irma right there on my phone that yes, it did say "online," but it was highlighted in yellow, not red like she claimed. And honestly, even if it is an online offer, then why is Walgreens displaying it in-store at all? What's the point of putting up coupons that can't even be used at the register? It's confusing, misleading, and a complete waste of everyone's time. They need to do better. After this whole ordeal, I went straight to the manager Ray to explain how unacceptable the behavior was. I've never been treated so rudely at any Walgreens or CVS. The lack of customer service, the dismissive attitudes, and the unwillingness to assist customers is shocking -- especially from employees who should know better. As a rewards member, I shouldn't be treated like I'm a problem for simply asking about a promotion displayed in the store. Walgreens seriously needs to retrain staff like Irma and the photo department employee, because the way they're handling customers is completely unacceptable. Whether Ray--the manager--or any of these Walgreens employees actually care about correcting this behavior is honestly unclear. But I would hope that Walgreens as a whole understands something simple: if customers treated them the way they treated us, they wouldn't tolerate it for a single second. It's time for this store and its leadership to step up, take responsibility, and fix the way they treat the people who keep their business running. read more

If you are filling a prescription here be advised that you will wait a very long time. Their drive - through lanes have been down for months and have finally opened up again. After waiting in line for 25 minutes today I gave the young girl the name for my daughter's prescriptions. She keeps insisting that there is only two RX's. I told her there is three & to check again. She argues that there is not & I show her my app which clearly shows the three prescriptions that the Dr called in. She goes to get them and leaves me waiting another 10 minutes with many cars piling up behind me at this point. She came back finally and told me that they have "lost" the prescription and will have to re make the prescription and for me to come back in one hour. The other missing prescription not filled either. She could tell at this point that I was visually upset. She put the phone down and started laughing with the pharmacist. The utter lack of professionalism & unconcern for people's time at this pharmacy is unbelievable. They used to have a great pharmacy staff. Now it is terrible. read more

Went in cause they messed up my calendar and they claimed they had to reprint it even though all they had to do was replace the thing that holds the calendar ?????? As well putting the wrong binding combo so we couldn't even flip it. The dude didn't know anything so he had to ask another lady who was rude. This Walgreens is walshit. This is a very busy Walgreens. But their drive-through has been out for A MONTH now. I went inside to pick up an RX that was called in 6 hours before. No, they said, we never got it. So I called my doctor, who informed me that yes, they'd sent it, and Walgreens send a "received" confirmation. The pharmacy tech said they were having 'network issues," and to come back later. An hour later I get a text saying it's ready for pickup. Six people are in front of me (because of the drive-through issue), so 20 minutes later they SHOW ME the bag with my medicine but say they can't give it to me because the linkage between Walgreens and my insurance company has been down all day and they can't get a price. I asked why they texted me that it was ready for pickup when it wasn't. The answer? They don't know. So now I can pay over $100 cash (for a generic!) and try to get my insurance to reimburse me later. No thanks. I asked them to try GoodRX. That link is down, too, apparently. At this point I've been there twice, 30 minutes each trip, and now I'll be calling tomorrow to see IF I can get my medication. As I left, I announced to the 10 people in line behind me, "Their links to the insurance companies are down, so you may not be getting your medications today." They need to put a sign on the front door so people don't come in there and wait a half hour to find out they can't get their meds! Normally I am very patient about things people can't control. But I do expect better management of the situation! read more

The store is open 24/7 which is pretty nice, but honestly the staff is rude and the wait time to get checked out is long.

Call service is horrible , I asked for my prescription status and the lady said " hold on" and hanged up on me like ????

This is a NICE LARGE WALGREENS but has been UNDER-Stocked for years. Always BIG GAPS in many parts of the store. On this last Tuesday, I entered store to buy a few things. Once again, most of the shelves had gaps, and for some odd reason, several of the employees at this location are just VERY LAZY! I waited in a long line by the register, and Assistant Manager was too lazy to open up the backup register. Finally, when it was my turn, again the cashier was slow. Some of the employees are just lazy, but one, named Martin, was horrible. When I entered the store he was actually sleeping in the corner by the photo section. Also, this guy Martin is VERY RUDE AND TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. One time my girl friend and I went to the store, and she had went to the restroom, and when she walked in, this guy (Martin) scared her as he was just standing there by the sink, facing the door, WITH HIS JUNK OUT! He tried to quickly apologize, and he said he was just cleaning but she said he made no effort to zip up..... AVOID THIS STORE !! read more

Need something quick past midnight? The whole store is open 24 hours, not just the pharmacy. The people here are usually very helpful and they really keep up with the tidiness of the store. This place is never over picked and there's always a decent selection of items. I usually only go in here to grab one thing or two, but I usually come out with more, because even though you can get a lot of these items from either kmart or walmart, this place is more.... convenient. This store has always been very well staffed. I've been a customer for many years. Most issues I've ever seen has been an ignorant customer.

Disclosure, I am biased: I own stock in WAG. I was extremely pleased to find recommended kinesiology tape in this fine store and purchased what appeared to be identical rolls except the blue color cost a dollar more. Then, on the off-chance a particular kind of "heart healthy" treat was available, I found TWO Delish dark chocolate almond bars available and snatched them up. Why? Because this specific item is enjoyed by both myself and my wife and sometimes is a rarity. I know from previous excursions to keep our refrigerated supply adequate hasn't found many at several WAGs. The real treat, though, was cashier Brittany, an extremely personable & professional individual who rang me through. I enjoyed hearing her deftly answer any questions/comments by the customers in front of me in line; everybody left her with a smile on their face. And, really, that's exactly what the big boss wants: satisfied customers who will tell others, which will bring in more business. read more

So I went into the store pharmacy at 11 pm with two elderly people who needed to check their blood pressure. We get there and the store is pretty empty no line nobody waiting. I asked the pharmacist if they could get the blood pressure checked and he immediately said no we don't offer the service. Of course he was lying. This service is offered at every Walgreens. I questioned him about it and he called the store lead person. The lead came back saying they couldn't check the blood pressure because the pharmacist was very busy. He said do you think you can come in and expect to immediately get help? I said yes! We are customers and if you offer a service you need to take care of your customers immediately. He said well he has a line and you need to wait 30 minutes. There was absolutely no line. The pharmacist seems to not work well under pressure. The pharmacist and the lead person both lied.:.what a couple of lazy rude disrespectful people. I will not be going back to this location. Very unprofessional! read more
