My medical doctor will call in a prescription on Mon morning and will be lucky to have it filled by Wed late afternoon. Would be happy to return to Walmart Pharmacy but my insurance requires Walgreens. At Walmart, after leaving oral surgeons office, my prescription will be waiting upon my arrival at Walmart. Unbelievable difference between the two pharmacies. Is Walgreens waiting for their deliveries from China????????? Beyond frustrating. read more

Why do they have an express service lane where you prepay for your medication if they are going to help non express customers in the express lane? Waited till all the customer in the drop off lane were waited on then I picked up my perception in the slow lane being they were still not able to help the non express lady that was in the wrong line. read more

I was there to pick up allergy medicine for my wife and brought my two boys along. I got her medicine, a couple snacks, drinks and some toys for the kids but, I kid you not, some person who works there followed me the whole time, he had one of those lanyards, dress shirt and he wasn't wearing normal Walgreens outfit but, he worked there as upon his departure while waiting to be checked out had acknowledging nods to the cashiers who were busy. It was fairly aggravating to keep turning around and see him peaking around corners like inspector gadget, I realise he is probably the manager or a higher up from this kind of behavior but, in front of my children no less, no thank you. read more

Purchased gift card from the North loop/Yarbrough El Paso Texas location. Card is defective and does not allow purchases to be made from card. Management or customer service will not honor the card or resolve the issue. Be careful when purchasing anything from Walgreens - they don't stand behind their products or services. read more

made an appointment for covid vaccination at the wallgreens on pacific avenue, l.b.. 8:15am was the selection i made, you can print the forms so you can be ready. you can do all the set up on line. i made it there bairly 8:13am and there are people in line to check in. the person in front of me states she has a 9am appointment. so i check in and ask will i be called soon? no it is first come first served lol. so i ask why the appointments. reply so we dont get 200 people at once!!! read more

They accidentally another's customer's charge on my credit card. When I called to get it removed, the clerk could not help, but did get a supervisor. He told me, "This cannot happen. You must have slid your card through for the other customer." The other customer was my daughter-in-law who I watched slide her card, so I know it should have been charged separately. He would not correct the error and told me, "I don't have time to mess with you on the phone. I'm too busy." This is a place I do not need to ever shop again. The supervisor was rude, unhelpful and officious. read more

I waited longer here to get my medicine than it took me to be seen at the doctors office. My medication was sent over about an hour before I went to pick it up. They were busy which I understand is not their fault. They kept saying they were short staffed and they were trying their best. When I got to the register they said my medication was not ready yet and they would call out my name when it was. (I was picking up eye drops). So I sat down and right when I did I got an email saying my script was ready. They did not call my name out. While I was sitting there I could see the pharmacist using the intercom system calling out something. You COULD NOT understand what he was saying at all. No one could in the lobby. I am 25 and not hard of hearing. I sat for about 45 minutes waiting in plain view of the staff. I finally got back in line to check to see if it was finally ready. It was. Never called my name. I was disappointed. I understand you get busy, I work in health care. But be sure you communicate clearly with your patients. read more
