Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff was disappointing both times I returned. On my first visit, I was immediately met with an eye roll and a rude attitude when I asked about a wait time. I was told it would be over an hour, even though the salon did not appear busy. The interaction made me feel very unwelcome, so I left. About a month later, I decided to try again so I could use my gift certificate. I was greeted by the same front desk employee and received the same negative attitude. Again, I was told the wait would be over an hour, despite the salon not appearing busy. I chose to stay, and only about 15 minutes later I was seated, which made the original wait estimate confusing. The nail technician who helped me was wonderful, very kind, professional, and pleasant. I believe her name may have been May or June. She did a great job, and I tipped her well because she provided excellent service. What disappointed me most was that the front desk employee seemed friendly and welcoming to other customers while consistently being rude and dismissive toward me. Even at checkout, the attitude continued. Whether or not someone remembers a previous review, every customer should be treated with respect and professionalism. The person at the front desk creates the first impression of a business, and unfortunately, I left feeling targeted and unwelcome. The technician earned this review more stars than it otherwise would have received, but customer service at the front desk needs significant improvement.

The lady drilled my cuticles off and had my pinky bleeding and thumb. The rest of my nails are still very sore but at least they didn't all bleed. It was a nightmare. I kept saying "ow!" But I guess she didn't get the hint. She didn't know how to do a flame design, which is fine. I opted for plain nails since it was getting close to closing time and she was rushing to get it done. The lady who did the procedure was nice and explained that there would be white dead skin like scabs when it was done but that was normal. Nothing else was explained beforehand. After 20 minutes of the worst pain the procedure was over. When I looked in a mirror it looked like a cat had shredded my face. There were deep gouges in my cheeks. The lady said after care was not to wash my face that day, pay dry when I do wash, and use vitamin E to help the healing processes. Later that night I was in so much pain I texted her and asked if I could cold compress. She said yes. I waited three days to use makeup or face wash. Three weeks later I texted the lady again and said my face was still very red and the spots were swollen. She brought me two after care products to help. Another three weeks later and I am badly scarred and now seeing a dermatologist to try and see if there is any way to fix my face. I followed all the aftercare and was not even aware that this procedure could lead to such bad scarring. I'm extremely sad my face is now horrendous and I really believe the procedure was not done correctly and was potentially too deep. This has shaken my confidence and I use makeup every day now to cover up what looks like acne scarring. Please do not use for any procedures.

I ended up waiting until 8:35 before leaving but still no one arrived. I have text proof of my appointment so I know it was not an error on my end. Unfortunately this was my first time ever going here so I have no information on how well their services are but I have no plans on ever going back considering I have not heard back from anyone from the salon after leaving a message.
