Filled out the paperwork and only waited 10 minutes before being taken to the dentist chair. The dental assistant came in and was just as warm and friendly. She made me very comfortable and at ease with her calm demeanor and compliments of the Dr. In came Dr. Aftab and it became very clear why everyone was so happy in the office. A gentle soul with an instant calming effect. He was very down-to-earth and seemed genuinely happy to have me in his office. The manager wouldn't give me a refund and apologized for me "not liking my hair" (I don't know anyone who likes their hair to fall out). She was supposed to call me back and never did. So I paid $150 for the color and $180 for someone else to fix their mistake. The stylist and manager never offered any solutions to this. They did offer to fix it but I had lost so much hair I was hair of potentially losing more by going back. I recommend not going here so this doesn't happen to you.

Customer service is not their strong suit. No greeting when you walk in the door, they don't even make eye contact, so terse when speaking to patients. Thank goodness Dr. Schroeder is there or I wouldn't return.
