This is the WORST pharmacy I have been to. I have had 12 visits to this store, and NOT ONE OF MY ORDERS were correct, many were denied. It takes forever to get a refill, plus the wait times and customer service are horrible. would give ZERO reviews if I could. I am tired of the apologies and no action. I am amazed at the whole pharmacy staff. I occasionally have questions about insurance, and rather often call with a question that they need to look up. They are patient on the phone and this week when I am on vacation states away, they noticed a med I needed, called me, and sent the info to my vacation city. They also look up if they can save me money on the more expensive prescriptions. read more

The wait time at the pharmacy is the worst. Walgreens excuse that they don't have enough help is not true. There are plenty of people running around the pharmacy. It doesn't matter if you go inside or wait at the drive thru, the wait is unbearable. One person will take care of you at a snails pace. There are efficieies that this pharmacy ignores. Advise is to avoid this pharmacy. read more

Four trips here in the last two weeks and spent over 2+ hours waiting in the drive thru. Be ready to wait atleast 30 minutes.

WHEN you CAN get someone, they're pretty good and try their best I believe but it's the "getting" part that I have an issue with. I'm tired of their long long long drive through pharmacy waits. It always seems to me that although they have two drive through lines there is only one person up there doing refills, she just rotates lanes. Makes sense I guess, would you get in the back of a line with 10 cars? probably not but five cars, suuuure! How bad could it be you ask yourself. 45 minutes later you're now only the 3rd car back but you're also trapped between the other cars in line and the brick wall, no escape. Thank goodness you have enough gas and brought a book to read or something to do. Hope your morning coffee isn't kicking in just yet! You can of course always try to get there at a sweet spot time, such as the crack of dawn or when it's dark out at night. It's happened to me once where I pull up and I'm one of only two cars in line, I felt like I had won the lotto!! Not that's pathetic lol. And then you have their phone system. Not only does the music suck but so do the wait times. It's like the drive through but you're at home suffering, I guess that's a bonus anyhow. I've switched most of my prescriptions over to different pharmacies and I don't regret it one bit. read more

Extremely bad service. Had to wait over an hour in drive thru. Both lines were seriously backed up. They had nearly all day, about ten hours, to fill my prescriptions. After an hour wait in line I found out they only had one ready so I have to go back. Once I got to the window she had the wrong insurance for some reason on my order so I had to correct that to. Also the way their glass is tinted in the drive thru you can't see the person working so not a smooth efficient operation. Be ready to wait awhile if you must go. Hopefully they can improve because it can't get much worse. read more

Since Covid this place has went downhill. The staff is rude in the prescription department. They have had prescription settings there and until I checked I didn't know. They got a script 3 days ago said it had to be ordered. Yesterday text said it was being filled, then there where insurance issues. Today I called the person said we don't have it and hung up. I'm mad at Walgreens because they made a ton of money off me , and I'm mad cuz it was not suppose to go there. I hope they close!!! There prices on anything is rediculious. So over priced.kinda of funny a little while after this posted my script was ready. I believe the lady I spoke with in the morning just said we don't have it so she didn't have to look. Really sad a good store went into the gutter. read more

The Walgreens store in State St in Davison is wonderful. Great staff. It is clean and well stocked. The pharmacy is wonderful. Don't bother calling the 877 customer service line. They are a bunch of inept, lazy, and ignorant people. They aren't even nice. If someone is nice, even if they don't know what they are tlking about, I overlook it. When they are mean and nasty, I hang up. Thankfully, the store staff is much more pleasant and efficient. read more

I loooooove this Walgreens. Started going there a lot recently because of their amazing sales, and the staff is so awesome. They didnt have the sale shampoo in stock (they sold out within an hour after getting some in, TWICE), but i had 2 coupons for this (you can use manufacturer coupons IN ADDITION TO walgreens coupons).. so one of the sales clerks took my phone number down to call and alert me when the shampoo came in, but I was at work when it happened, so she put the shampoo ON HOLD for me. Amazing. Great deals and helpful people, my new favorite place to shop for necessities. read more

Their pharmacy is great. You dont have to wait forever for your Rx like other pharmacies.
