And excuses do not line up each time. Last time I was told by a rude lady pharmacist at Union on 11/3/25 that she put whatever insurance goes through then bills medicaid. which medicaid is the last resort and should be, so beware that there is some shady billing going on with some of the pharmacist. And we have other friends that get the same scripts that we pay for that the friends don't pay for like the dexcom. And yes the friends daughter has BCBS and then medicaid as the same as my daughter. Yes going some where else but the customer service has went way down from the previous years. Each time we have to tell them how to run our insurances why are they not putting notes in the file so they know how to run the insurances each time. And why does one pharmacist care and does the billing correctly. And the other pharmacist does not care or see that you can not pick and choose which insurance you bill. this is wrong.

Am I really giving a convenience store five stars??? Well, yes, I am. Why??? Because it's much more…read morethan a podunk convenience store with limited selection, high prices and lotto. Nope, the owners are friendly, the store is very clean, well-organized, and incredibly well-stocked. Seriously, it is more like a small neighborhood specialty grocery shop or market and calling it a convenience store is a tad bit an insult. Besides, it's the only game in town for a few miles unless you're willing to enter the crap store they have in downtown Gaines that supposedly passes for a grocery store or the old 7-11 in Swartz Creek. The food selection is pretty good here, the prices are competitive and the liquor and wine selection seems to be outstanding, including some of the more top shelf brands. It's great for filling out the bar for a party or weekend barbecue. As for the food, I've actually found a nice mixture of fresh snacks, light groceries, and health food. Nothing is expired, out of date, or caked in dust, unlike a few stores in the area that I could mention, but won't. There really aren't a lot of decent fast food spots nearby, which makes this place a great idea if you want to grab a quick sandwich, snack or salad while running errands or going back to the office. If you need to grab a lunch on the go or a few groceries for the weekend or some top shelf booze for a get-together, this is the place. Oh, and the staff is super nice and friendly!
