First off, why are you wearing shades when it is dark outside and driving around with them on around the parking lot? Not only did he put the new tires separate from each other but he put my chrome rim on the inside which made him have to take the tires back off the rim and start over.. During this whole process he kept stopping to talk and text on his phone.. So with him holding me up for unnecessary reasons i missed out on delivering my load. If not for Gary, the manager from Newberry that was helping them out I might still be there.. So to Gary, thank you so much for your help and professionalism because apparently the tech and the manager inside the truck stop were no help at all to you or the business. Three drivers came and left because of the techs. And the restroom at the shop was horrible. Very aweful experience..

I had to confirm that she was referring to me. When I addressed the issue, she attempted to justify calling me "whoever." That is dismissive and unprofessional, especially in a healthcare setting. New systems do not replace basic customer service, courtesy, or respect. Staff should properly address patients and wear identification. Please do better.

You can get anything from poke, acai bowls, bagels, and pizza. Lastly, I just wanted to note the cleanliness of the indoor seating areas recently. During the fall semester, there was a lot more cleaning staff in yellow shirts walking around to keep the tables sanitized, but that is no longer the case. The tables are always dirty now and there is no cleaning staff to be seen. This makes me uncomfortable knowing no sanitizing is being done despite the fact that it is a high-contact dining area.
