To start I was there for 3 hours!! But that isn't why I am leaving this review. I am leaving this review because interactions with the management was awful. The guy walks past and doesn't even acknowledge customers. Then when I called the store because I had addition questions regarding my care, the manager that I spoke with was absolutely rude. He didn't want to listen to anything that I had to say. He kept making excuses for why he couldn't help me. Even after being in the store for so long waiting for the Nurse Practitioner, he was the worst part of the entire experience. At least the Nurse Practitioner was kind and just swamped but that manager was just a rude grump!

They did not give a reason as to why it was not filled. They just said we'll fill it now. There is a complete lack of concern. CVS did not contact me, no text,no phone call, all of the things that they do with other scripts.
