I've also given them my hard earned money. I stopped in Tuesday night, actually Wednesday early morning for it was after midnight. I had just come from Meijers down the street and they did not have 2 of the items on my list. 2 items that needed the most. As I was leaving Meijer, CVS popped into my head. I just knew they would have the 2 items. I knew it would more than likely cost more money but I really wanted to have everything I needed for the next day. Plus it was 24 hours. Another plus!! One of the items I needed was Loreal illuminating powder. It comes in a round container and the name of the highlighting color was rose. I went straight to the make up area and located the Loreal section. I began looking and did not see it. I thought maybe they no longer made this certain item or maybe "repackaged" it. I continued looking and began to see a couple if things that could possibly be what I was looking for but in different packaging. I picked up one item but the container did not have very much information regarding the usage of it. On the bottom I noticed a sticker with an arrow on it. Meaning "lift here for more info." I tried to peel it so I could read it when all of a sudden a voice said "what are you doing with that"? I looked up and explained that I was trying to peel the top of the sticker to read the info to see if it would explain the usage of the makeup. She then said "it looks like your trying to peel the sticker off." Again I tried to explain showing her the arrow on it. Me, just thinking the best, suddenly realized she was accusing me of peeling the label off. I looked up at her (I was squatting down) and said "are you accusing me of something? Accusing me of peeling the ENTIRE label off"? I was completely astounded!! She said "well, I've been watching you for awhile & it looks like your trying to peel the label off. Just get what you need and get going." Really???? Really?????? I thought to myself!! I said "how am I suppose to get what I need when I'm trying to figure out just how to use this particular makeup"????? Then another walked up, an employee & she didn't say anything just stood there shaking her head. I explained to her what I was trying to do & she just kept shaking her head then said "you can't do that"!!!! I have NEVER BEEN SO INSULTED IN MY EJTIRE LIFE. ESPECIALLY THERE!!!!! I stood up and said "FINE! I WILL GO TO WALGREENS & GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS" as I was walking toward the door I said out loud "I have never been so insulted in my entire life!" One of them, I don't know who said "Fine, go to Walgreens, have a good evening." I am furious! Beyond furious! To be accused of something like that when there have been numerous, numerous times I've come there late at night and spent hours in that store, 1st getting my care coupons out of the machine & then going up & down pretty much every aisle checking out any sales or something that may catch my interest. I'll say it again, I have spent huge amounts of my money to that store. I also got all my prescriptions there along with the rest of my family. I had to change pharmacies a while back due to insurance changes. Otherwise I would still be a pharmacy customer also. I am writing this review because I am just incredulously astounded that I would be treated this way!!! Oh heck NO!! NO ONE & I MEAN NO ONE is going to accuse me and treat me like a piece of garbage when I know I'm the absolute farthest from it. I will take this higher. I will take this as high as I possibly can! No longer will I give them my business nor my money no matter how convenient it may be for me!! These 2 people need to be REMINDED JUST WHO PAYS THEIR SALARIES!!!! IT WILL NO LONGER BE ME!!! It's truly a shame that just a few, a couple can ruin it for the rest of the employees there who have, in the past, have always treated me nicely and also with respect!!! We were there for our Annual Shop with A Cop event. With new management, there were some growing…read morepains in where our people (especially the residents and students) were seated to begin the event, but after that, everything went well. The staff was friendly, cordial and courteous and floated around the store, willing to assist us. The food was also great. The kids loved the pizza, but I really enjoyed their sub sandwiches! Quality meats, good bread and all of the fixins anyone would want. It was also good to see some former students as well as talk with community members and parents. All in all, it was a great experience!
