Extremely helpful, friendly, professional, efficient, with fair transparent pricing. You'll never be placed on hold for more than 1-2 minutes (if that). Erica and Alex always go the extra-mile and go out of their way to help. Medications are delivered to your doorstep same day or next day. Lovely touch with the polite delivery text/pic and practical packaging of meds and my receipt. They were able to order critical injectable medicine, at a fair price, for my dog when no one else would. Dilworth Pharmacy quoted me 3x the amount of GPS. They also compounded another medication for my dog and assured me they'd use the smallest capsule size possible. I'll be reaching out to them for their help consolidating her many medications (GPS compounds tiny medicine chews, combining up to 4 meds in 1 chew, just for pets!) The result is that the cart wheels lock up as you pass the threshold. I watched today as an elderly man with a cane almost fell as a result. HT corporate legal take note as you are going to injure someone and they are going to litigate against you for 7 figures. No excuses; fix this before you hurt a customer.

Harris Teeter has great sub sandwiches and sushi, yes sushi! It is fresh! The store still feels new and bright and is always well-stocked. Kudos to management. Please keep it up. Much better than the standalone Starbucks nearby that is always slow, despite having twice or three times the staff. Another added bonus is that if you are a Harris Teeter VIC member your purchases can add up to discounted fuel purchases. Who doesn't need cheaper fuel? The store is also near other useful stores like UPS, dry cleaning, pet supplies, etc. you should check it out, but too many of you, I want it to remain a less busy alternative.

I used to go to CVS or Walgreens strictly for convenience, as one was within walking distance of my home. However, a new medication I was prescribed still has an active patent, so there are no generics available. My insurance wouldn't cover this particular brand, so I was very upset as to how I was going to make this work - as you can imagine, the cost per month was astronomical. Then my physician told me that only two pharmacies in the area have a deal in place for their patients where the out of pocket cost for this Rx is only $10/month. Of those two, she recommended Randolph to me specifically. I have been so impressed with their customer service and their dedication to keeping the cost of medication manageable. And did I mention convenience? The free delivery that they offer is just such an incredible part of Randolph Pharmacy's overall customer service. All you have to do is mute your Zoom call, head to the door with your ID, grab your meds, then jump back on your call before your boss even knows you were gone.
