We have always had good service at this Walgreens. It is well maintained and carries a good variety of products, including some souvenir type items. The only thing keeping me from icing this location five stars is the drive-through pharmacy service. It's a great concept but not well staffed or something. Very slow and frankly frustrating. I would just like to say that Ari and her co worker were more helpful than any customer service have been to me at any other Walgreens, anywhere! Ari helped me without hesitation and was courteous and sweet as well. I would definitely suggest you give that girl with such an amazing spirit and her and her friend give off nothing but Good Vibez!!! Ordered a photo book online for my girlfriend. The site said the order would be ready for pickup the same day at 2:50 PM. I went to the Walgreens at 3:10 and was informed that they would not be able to do my photo book because the machine was broken. Things happen, I understand this, but you have my name, phone number and email address, yet nobody thought to call me and tell me my order wouldn't be completed. I could have ordered from a different store if I was contacted earlier about the broken photo machine. read more

I like the staff at the Walgreens pharmacy, they're helpful and are usually friendly. At times they can be just pleasant but I've got nary a complaint of this location. Overall the store is neat and organized and I am able to pick up items whenever I'm too lazy to stop by Target. =) read more

Always clean and usually has anything I'm looking for in stock. Most of the product is way more expensive than Walmart, but it's good for the convenience. Some of the employees are grumpy, but I overlook it most of the time. read more

I normally go to CVS and now I know why! I've been trying to get a prescription filled for my son but have been jacked around. I had to come back multiple times only for them to say that the prescription is still not ready. When it finally is ready the pharmacy decides to close early!! When I was able to get someone in the phone they didn't seem to care that my son hadn't had his prescription for 3 days and that I would have to come back in the morning as I was waiting in the drive through. Seriously ? Closing a pharmacy early! You couldn't open the blinds and let me get my son's prescription?? Never coming to this place again!! read more

HEALTH CLINIC-- I came here to get a routine TB test done for my new health care related job. I was a walk-in. Got seen within 2 minutes of checking in--COOL! Took about 12 minutes for me to actually GET my TB test then took a solid 15-20 ADDITIONAL minutes for him to type up all my information. Luckily my patience level was at an all time high today and I NEEDED this for my job or I would have left ASAP. Where do I start? First off, he went to get my vaccine out of the mini fridge that was in the room, it was unlocked... Pretty sure that's not supposed to happen. Then while he was unpacking my sanitized syringe WITH HIS UNGLOVED AND UNWASHED hands(never once washed his hands the whole time I was in there) he put the vaccine in the syringe then set the syringe on the counter........ Unprotected and from what I saw that was labeled on the counter it was the "dirty side". Awesome. Then he didn't even have me rest my arm on anything to inject the vaccine, just had me hold my arm in the air.... Real steady. I was very uncomfortable at this clinic and wishing I would have just paid the extra $40 to get it done at urgent care to have it done correctly. Coming back here to get it read on Friday, but there's nothing to read because he didn't put the vaccine under the first layer of skin like he was supposed to and there was no "bubble" from the vaccine that a TB test is SUPPOSED TO LEAVE. My arm is now bruised at the sight he put the needle in, not just the tip of the needle.... Definitely over half the needed was inserted in my forearm. Was this his first TB test ever?!!! Like I said, I'll be back Friday, hoping it won't be the older gentleman who gave me my test. Called and spoke with the manager and the manger took down my complaint and was very apologetic about my visit and gave my complaint to the manager of the health clinic. I'm glad someone did their job correctly today. read more

This is my go-to location. It's in a very convenient location and a good location. Very clean, the employees are always very nice, and there's always plenty of parking. The primary reason I come here is to fill my prescriptions. Most of the time when I go to the pharmacy, I used the drive up (a big plus to have). Occasionally tho, I have to go inside to pickup my scripts, which I absolutely hate because I feel like there's always a snobby teenage girl working behind the counter that seems like she doesn't wanna be there, let alone help a customer. Because of that, I just can't bring myself to give this place 5 stars. read more

Pharmacy is always stupid slow... make sure you have some free time if you use this Walgreens. If they are busy, the employees at the pharmacy rarely acknowledge people when they walk up. Just eye contact and a smile would go a long way. The drive thru has had one lane closed for over a year. Following release from the hospital in pain, I gave the pharmacist, Theresa T., a prescription from my doctors office that she was unfamiliar with (even though this was a common medication prescribed for decades) but refused to call the doctors office to clear up any confusion. Her assistance was actually yelling at me "no such prescription exists" every time I and my friend tried to provide information as to both the drug and generic names.. Their communication was extremely rude.. It was the most ridiculous, unprofessional, incompetent pharmacy team I've ever encountered. Will never go to this Walgreens ever again. Being too busy is no excuse. Walgreens, it is criminal to treat hospitalized, sick persons as your team did me. read more

The pharmacy has no clue on what they are doing! First they lost one of my prescription. Then they told me it was not covered and called my doctor. When on the paper it said workmans comp! They do not read the the paperwork. Who know what happens when they try to fill it! I'm still dealing with the preauthorization from my insurance when it was to go though workmans comp! I transferred all to Target! read more

If I could give this store a negative 5 stars, I would! I've had issues for the last 2 years getting blood testing strips for type 1 diabetes for my elderly mother. Out of pocket they cost $89.00 for a box of 50 strips and she uses 5 to 6 strips daily. They keep pointing the finger at Medicare, and the CMN form that I have provided countless times. The fact of the matter it's their software that keeps kicking out an error. I've spent countless hours working with the manager and calling the main office out of state only to have the same issue EVERY time I need a refill. It's become a real joke! I thought we finally got it all worked out only to have a data entry error in their software and having to start the process all over again. The Dr. has to fax a new form AGAIN! It's been almost a week and still have no blood testing strips! Obviously they don't care about their customers or their wellbeing. I would steer clear of Walgreens and use CVS!!!!!! read more
