Within days. Their manager said you can't return it. I said your employee told me I could. It's Unopened as you can clearly see so there's nothing I could have possibly done like I couldn't have even TOUCHED it. They did NOTHING to make this right. After they push it on you and tell you just don't open it. Do NOT go into this store. I have never ever been in any store in my life where a package of anything Unopened that they themselves wouldn't let you open prior to buying was not refunded. Plus their employee told me to do this. And no one SEES the receipt until AFTER they purchase it. Why wouldn't I believe the employee plus an Unopened non-food product brought back within days. Amazon will actually send you the hair and if the color alone doesn't match, you get a full refund - AFTER you touched it and opened it. This place is simply in it to be deceptive, take $, and do everything possible to not refund you with an unopened product. Stay away.

I usually do not write a bad review but I felt compelled to do so for this place. If I can save one customer from having a bad experience here who truly depends on Sally Beauty to help them make it through the day than I have done my job. This place is nothing short of a disgusting pit. From the moment you step into this establishment, the place reeks of disarray. I came in earlier in the week to purchase my usual products and the floor was muddy and slippery to the point where it looked as if it had not be cleaned in a few days. I even slipped a bit while walking down the hair care isle and scuffed my knee against one of the sharp edges of the rack. I guess you can tone up a woman's hair to any degree you want but you can't quite tone up your own store to be presentable to customers. When it came to actually finding the items I needed, what simply should have been a ten minute in and out errand actually became a massive ordeal because the store was in such a shape whereas you couldn't tell if a hurricane blew through or if the workers were just incompetent. Nothing was straightened and items were scattered all over the store left and right. I actually had to dig to the very back of the shampoo isle to grab the conditioner I needed which was actually buried under some rogue hair extensions left in that general area. FYI Hair extensions are extremely expensive and their location should never be miscalculated due to possible theft and damage.. I understand retail workers are very busy and I can overlook all of that if it wasn't for how rude these ladies were. I walked in and there was no greeting (Ok fine) but I was greeted with looks of sneers and arrogance as if I did not belong in that store at all. When I got to the counter after finally finding my items. I spoke of how I had trouble finding it which I was met with retorts such as "Well maybe you should look harder!" and "No amount of product is going to help the way you look". After such a remark I went into a brief argument with the woman which ended in her ringing up my product while rolling her eyes at me. Absolutely disgusted with the lack of professionalism here that I will never shop at this location again. I also write this review in hopes that while it is rather long that you can be forewarned about the type of people that work here and save yourself a bad experience.

A couple times I went there and my chart was not ready they said they had to make one . This place is back in the day . What big clinic is this and still uses paper charts .
