I went to our local Walgreens yesterday to pick up my mom's prescription at our only Walgreens location in Bryan, OH. I have silver-white hair that I let grow out during the pandemic and I am in my early 50s. I went through to the drive-up window as I usually do to pick up my mom's prescriptions. The interactions have always been fine and the staff there have been nice. when I went to the drive-thru window, this lady with dark hair and glasses possibly in her 30s or possibly even early 40s waited on me. I could tell right away she seemed stressed like she didn't want to be there and she wasn't nice when I asked for my mom's prescription. As she was helping me her voice became lower and she mumbled the directions. I couldn't hear her and leaned in towards their glass window outside my car window telling her I couldn't hear her. I was not rude at all during the entire interaction. I worked customer service for years when I was younger from Radio Shack, to a pizza shop, to waitressing. So I try to be extra nice to anyone who waits on me because I know how difficult the public can be sometimes. She then repeated what she said before and literally screamed it at me. She could have just raised her voice and repeated what she said, but she screamed it at me. She was telling me to give me to sign a receipt through the slot. I went into shock because I have never been treated like that by anyone in customer service before. She glared at me as she screamed and was rude and dismissive as I left. I thanked her stupidly and was shocked not quite knowing how to handle it. I should have said something back with the way she was, but felt it would have only escalated the situation. I am giving this review because if she treated me that way, how is she treating actual seniors? That is pure and simple abuse and I am going to contact Walgreen's corporate and also possibly the BBB to also make a complaint. Seniors should not be treated that way or really anyone for that matter. This woman should not be working with the public. read more

My friend went to get a script 30 min before closing. They told her "no, we close in 30min, you'll have to wait until Monday". If it weren't for my friend living almost an hour away from me, I would have been in that store in a quickness and filled it my dang self. *I'm still ptcb certified* read more

Zero stars. i have renal failure and just got out the hospital for dehydration with dangerous levels. My muscle pain was beyond any pain I ever had with spasms that dropped me to the floor in pain so bad i puked. My Dr gave me Norflex and sent me home. It took three days before they even put a order in to get them only to find out my insurance wont pay for them and then all day of me following up to make sure they did there job and got them filled for me. By noe i had a severe migrain to go with it. I know it is not a controlled substance so I asked him if he could give me one to take there because they had done it 8 months earlier. The pharmacist "Austin" said it was against the law. I looked into it to verify what he said and just seen that he pretty much wanted to go out of his way to make sure i hurt. He was nothing but nasty... Shame on someone so uncaring to put them selves in health care to bring misery... so uck you Austin i will be in pain all night bitch.. God will make you more understanding one day and you may not like it!! read more
