So I called and spoke to Jessica and she told me it will be ready in one hour. When I hung up I told my wife watch and see how once again they will come up with an excuse why they can't do their job and it won't be ready. I waited two hours and went through the drive up and guess what... I was given an excuse why it wasn't ready. I asked why and I was told they were understaffed I told them they been understaffed for a year and a half and then asked if Jessica knew they were understaffed and she said yes and then I asked to speak to Marina, when she came to the window I told her who I was and said once again your store failed to do its job she shook her head and said she is canceling my prescription. One hour later I get a call from the doctor's office and the person tells me a very unprofessional pharmacist called Hera d told her they do not have the medication. When I told her how I was treated and she lied about it I was advised to contact the pharmacy board and register a formal complaint on Marina because she shouldn't pick and choose who's prescriptions she wants to fill. She also told me she should not play games with people's health and is shocked by her conduct. If you been rudely treated by Marina or her staff like described by dozens of other yelpers I suggest you contact Walgreens corporate and let them know.

This particular day I went to get a passport photo. The cashier who assisted me first looked to see what kind of shirt I had on. I had a sweatshirt with writing on it so that wasn't going to work. So I told her I'd change shirts and come back. When I came back she immediately called someone to come take the picture. They lady that took the picture was very nice. The camera wasn't charged so she said she hoped we could get a few taken before it died. Luckily we got 2 good ones before it shut off. It took a few minutes to process so I browsed the Christmas clearance and grabbed some vitamins while I waited. When it was ready she found me and let me know. When I went to check out my picture was there waiting. Upon checking out, there was an issue with the card sliding out of the chip reader. The cashier had to hold it while I put in my pin and waited for the transaction to complete. For some reason the debit transaction kept taking forever and we learned debit was down so we had to had to then do it as a credit for it to work. The cashier was so patient and helpful through the whole process. The great customer service I always receive is why I prefer this place and keep coming back.

The nurse practioneer was one the phone in an empty room. She looked at me and closed the door. The door said busy with patient. Knowing she had no one, I knocked and asked could I be seen.
