I've picked up medication from this location twice. both times they failed to give me enough to complete the entirety of my child's prescription. this time it was amoxicillin (which I paid $2 for). I even requested that when it was filled to please make sure to give me enough and more for 10 days twice a day. I was given two hAlf bottles. there was not enough for the last dose. I went to get more and the pharmacist refused to give me more (wasn't asking for codine or anything just antibiotics for my sons ear infection) and said it was simply impossible for me to not have enough. someone at a higher level from Walgreens corporate should come in and do a quality control and accuracy check (check the syringe ) because as I said this wasn't the first time. read more

This location is completely incompetent. The employee who took my prescription was chewing gum the entire time and told us to come back in an hour. While that already felt excessive, we agreed. When we returned an hour and fifteen minutes later, it took him another ten minutes just to look for my profile. He initially pulled up the wrong profile and then told me I had no prescriptions there at all. I then had to ask him to find the employee who originally took my prescription, only to be told it would be another 15 minutes. When I explained that I was in pain and had already returned later than their original estimate, instead of resolving the issue, they called over another employee who simply repeated the same information. This store is a complete disaster, and the poor service makes it clear why it has only a two-star rating. read more

I hate to give this place a one but it needs to be a zero. The web always tells me my medications are ready so to be sure I wait a day or two. I go in and guess what there is nothing ready. Then I get the third degree who told you your medicine was ready? Now everyone is fairly pleasant but after waiting on line for one half hour to hour I am not pleasant. There is a shortage of qualified help. I know this is a universal issue. Prices are high I pay for some medications over $400. I used to work as a critical care nurse for 43 years I try very hard to be patient. But when I am told we have to wait a day or two for Medicare to give approval I want to scream it's not the pharmacy fault it's the system. read more

My wife and I flew to Florida for hip replacement surgery at Bethesda East Baptist Hospital on Monday, July 22, 2024. The surgeon saw us on Thursday, July 25, 2024 for follow-up before we flew home to New Jersey that afternoon. The surgeon wrote us a prescription for pain and sent it to this particular Walgreens telling us to pick it up on the way to the airport (PBI). I drove directly to this Walgreens with my wife in the car, showed my identification to the clerk inside, and asked for the pills. The clerk said she would have to check with the pharmacist to see if they had Dilaudid in stock. I sat for ten minutes, went back to the counter and was told that the pharmacist was checking, and sit and wait, for another ten minutes. When I went back to the counter again, they asked if my address was correct on my license since it showed New Jersey. I told them that we flew down for the specific surgeon and we are returning to New Jersey that afternoon. The clerk then asked if I would like to come back for the prescription. I said we were on our way to the airport, so "no, we cannot". She told me to sit down again while they prepared the prescription. (Maybe to count the 20 pills?) I went to the car to bring my wife into the air conditioning of the store in her walker, and when my wife sat in front of the counter they then decided to bring me the pills. It took one half hour to obtain 20 pills from these morons. My wife and I are 67 years old, presentable, and the least likely couple to be (presumably) drug addicts. These jackasses treat you like criminals. They could have called the doctor's office and determined everything they needed to know in about twenty seconds. The doctor's office (of a very large group) was one mile from this Walgreens. I could have walked there and back in the time it took for them to make up their minds to fill the 'script. read more

It is OUTRAGEOUS that as of 1/8/22 Walgreens is not following current CDC Guidelines and is refusing to give Pfizer boosters unless the last dose was given 6 months ago. The guideline is 5 months - not 6. My 15-year-old was just turned away for her scheduled booster. The pharmacy manager was rude and combative. 5 minutes after we left, I received a text alert stating that the vaccine was "completed" meaning Walgreens is likely billing my insurance company for a vaccine they refused to administer. I will no longer give my business to this store. read more

The Karen at the register makes you want to not bother coming here. They need to train their employees to be more polite to their customers if they're young adults or adults. It's crazy how much disrespect my boyfriend and I receive from these cashiers because they don't know how to actually speak to customers. Retrain please or hire professional adults. DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY! They lost my prescription script, nobody was helpful, and they have severe attitude when you're asking questions. The customers there are disrespectful as well. The lady behind came up to me and stated "excuse me miss you're asking too many questions and there are people waiting" (her and her husband lol) the pharmacist helping me said nothing.. no "we'll be right with you" etc. if there is an alternative Walgreens you can go to i definitely would. I will not be refilling my prescriptions there again. read more

There were five ppl working behind the pharmacy area and two ppl in line (including me) and they couldn't get to me. They have the worst service. Two old lady pharmacists were the worst and slow. Didn't bother waiting even though I was the next customer!! I told them I was going to review them. Hopefully corporate helps this store out. If you hate your job don't work. Seriously lousy customer attendance. They can see you at photo booth, and no one comes to your aid. Then if you ask what went wrong, they say that they weren't there so they don't know. Meanwhile, they saw you there and find it more important to stock shelves in an empty store than to see if they could help. Horrible. I'm here almost an hour now, because CD did not work after repeated tries. UGH! read more

I selected 1 star because I cannot give 0.1 of a star. On Aug 25, 2021, I was on hold for the pharmacy for 35 mins going through various phases of their automated phone system. At about 30 mins, someone picked up and said "pharmacy, please hold" without actually giving me a chance to object/agree. I waited out the rest of my call until the system hung up on me. I called back and asked the automated system to connect me to a manager. After going through 2 people (who were not the manager) and several wait states, I finally spoke with the manager. I now have over 40 minutes into this activity. after speaking with the manager, I now understand why the dynamics at the store are so poor related to customer service. The manager's suggestion, after complaining about how busy they are, is to next time hang up and call back another time. The staff, service and customer treatment is ALWAYS a reflection of what the management portrays and allows. In this case poor management attitudes, poor customer service. read more

Worse pharmacy ever! Not only did they gave me the wrong prescription, but when they finally got it in 5 days later, they wanted to charge me 2 1/2 times more then I was originally quoted! I needed the medication for surgery I was having, and now I'm screwed because I can't afford the new price! I could have bought it cheaper elsewhere if they quoted me the correct price when I originally asked! Won't even stand by the quote they gave me!
