Apparently it is $450 for a simple visit now? This is clearly a result of new ownership by schweiger dermatology. I would never have accepted service for $450. I paid with a debit card. Why would you have me pay $150 up front, and then secretly bill me another $300???? Why would you let me leave, when I owed you $300? This is an embarrasment, and I will be finding a new office that doesn't have a FOUR HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLAR simple visit fee. Absolute insanity. My account is under review with the financial team, but this is INSANITY. It's like going to Mcdonalds for a happy meal, paying $8, and then you start receiving phone calls and letters telling you "haha just kidding, it's actually $400". I feel betrayed, bamboozled, befuddled, disgusted, robbed, and DECEIVED. Edit: It was a mistake on their end and they have fixed it. Pretty big mistake... Dr. P is the best. I could probably provide better service to their customers if I just hung out in there and talked to random stranger about my experiences with their products. But, oh boy, will every single employee, of the 15 employees they have working on the sales floor (not registers) say hi to you. I'm trying to find a product your 15 employees are unable to recommend, I don't need someone popping up behind me every two minutes to say hi. And then when you're ready to check out, get ready to wait a while, because while it looks like there are a ton of people working there, there are like two people working together at a register. I don't know if I'm just getting older, but like, I've worked in retail, it's not difficult, just try your best, but it feels like it's so many of these employees' first day on earth. I've never encountered such blank, incapable people before. But at least they know how to say hi, I guess. And hopefully you don't have an issue with the product you buy. I did, and when I called them to speak to a manager, she called me a day later to basically go on and on about different products she liked. Lady, I'm out with my kids, I don't care, I just want to know if your billion dollar business is going to replace my lipliner. Spoiler; they did not. When I went to claim my birthday gift, the associate was extremely fixated on being able to scan the barcode in the email. Sorry, but you can see right here that I have the email, it just won't load because I'm not connected to WiFi. You're Gen Z, shouldn't even you know this? So she wants me to go ALL THE WAY HOME to download an email so she can scan something rather than just getting a manager and handing me the trial size tube of whatever. I really worry for our future if this is how they think. I'll just drive further away to not have to deal with this.

They had everything I needed, and the sales associates were incredibly helpful. I always appreciate friendly, attentive customer service, and I can't say enough positive things about the ladies who helped me. They were all great. In particular the fragrance department, I looked at the gentleman's fragrances and there were only a few in contrast to the Sephora at the Boca Town Center Mall where they have tons. But if you're already in Kohl's and need something basic, I can see how this place can be super convenient.

Vanessa at their office is your life line , she truly is such a gem of a person to have on your side during the surgery process. The surgical center at the office is private and outstanding, you dont have all the noise and distractions that a main hospital would and the OR techs were impressive, kind, and efficient. one of the interns ( brandy) during my procedure was honestly so pleasant during my procedure and really calmed my nerves. my results are amazing within the first week of recovery due to dr. drew's plastic surgery skills, I have had no post op problems... HOWEVER, I left there furious and in tears, on my birthday, an hour before all my guests appear I was looking like an awful mess. I showed her pictures, described details about what I wanted and she completely ignored everything and literally did a smokey eye ( a sad one at that ) then, convinced me to add these hideous lashes, I tried to say no but she was like no these will look great they wont look as dramatic on... WRONG they were probably the worst lashes and she just needed to sell them to get rid of them. I tried to tell her I didn't like it but she ignored it and asked her coworkers who of course complimented her work, I still gave her $20 for her time, but I will never in my entire life return there, I should have done it myself. I really enjoyed learning about the different types of compacts MAC offers because I have never used cosmetics from MAC before. I was able to find a foundation that I liked and that looked great on me. After my experience here, I will definitely be purchasing more makeup from MAC and the MAC in Macy's in Boynton Beach.

However, I felt rushed through the process and wasn't given the opportunity to read everything thoroughly. I booked a HydraFacial and lip filler. This was my third or fourth visit to this location, but I noticed the staff had completely changed since my last appointment. The esthetician who performed the HydraFacial was friendly and explained the process well. That said, after paying $200, I was disappointed with the results, my skin didn't feel deeply cleansed, and I could still see clogged pores. I understand multiple treatments may be needed, but for that price, I expected better immediate results. Honestly, I might consider doing it at home next time if the effect is minimal. Next, I had the lip filler procedure. The experience felt rushed and impersonal. When I asked the practitioner which product she was using, she hesitated and didn't want to specify the brand, which made me uneasy. If this clinic wants to maintain loyal clients, the team really needs to regroup and improve both their communication and customer experience.
