I've driven by this Walgreens literally dozens of times, but if I ever stopped in before I don't remember it. After today's visit I certainly know why... The outside of the store is filthy. Dirty walls, and a litter strewn parking lot did not bode well but I soldiered on bravely. Big mistake. Half stocked shelves, trash on the floor, incorrectly marked prices, and the single most inept cashier it's ever been my displeasure to be waited on by. Never again. read more

Every thing! Terrible customer service waiting too long for prescription's and phone calls. Not enough help

Waited 30 minutes in the drive-through line for three cars. Unbelievably slow, inefficient and massively understaffed. Can't get a prescription in less than 30 minutes in the drive-through window, or 20 minutes at the window in the store. Nice staff, but they couldn't be slower or more inefficient. Just spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to get a script for my canine build, and I was the next caller in line. read more

It was around noon on a Sunday. Saw Weekly Ad items online. Went to this location to find the deals. After walking around in circles, I asked a clerk where the TP was. She said it depends on which brand I'm looking for. Good thing I had screenshots of each item I was looking for. She mentioned one of the brands and I said that was on sale. She pointed me to the last package left on the shelf. It was not sitting on top of the correct sale signage. After I put that one in my cart, she found two more and put them on the shelf. The paper towels on sale was sitting on the wrong signage too. So, when I checked out, I made sure the register prices matched the Weekly Ad. I tell you want.... these days, you have to be the educated shopper when it comes to awful customer service. Good thing I was prepared for the store not to have paper sales ads at the door. Must not have any weekend supervision or just no one cares. Two stars for the polite helpful checkout cashier. read more

Had a confirmed appt for a PCR test. Arrive and the INCREDIBLY RUDE pharmacy staff refused to do the test because they had no paper work from their headquarters for it. They treated me like dirt. It was incredible. They tell me to call their 1 800 number. I speak to 7 different people on the phone who can't help. Tell me to try a different Walgreens. Seriously? Went down the street to CVS and they were happy to help with no appt. HORRIBLE PHARMACY STAFF. SO RUDE!!! read more

I can't even really give one star. If you're thinking of coming to this Walgreens for photos please re-consider. They are rude, DISORGANIZED and honestly incompetent. I called ahead of time to make sure they had the things needed to send out my rolls of Film I wanted to get developed and was told yes. But when I got here they scrambled to find it, then ignored me. The only "saving grace" is the manager tried to do what she could to help me, but initially said she could send the film a different way then realized she couldn't so not actually helpful. But she did call another store for me... I'll try to go there. But just do yourself a favor and please don't come here ever. read more

Unimpressed with the Male Pharmacist today. Needed his help and waited but He seemed to have no sense of urgency so I left. I went the CVS down the street where I was greeted promptly, assisted to item I needed on shelf, AND The pharmacist cleaned off the bottle for me b4 she rang it up! WOW Factor!!!! Needless to say where I'll be doing my business with in the Future. Shame on you Walgreens. read more

I stop in occasionally, on my way home from work during the week, around 6:00. There are 2 cashiers, I'd guess are college age, who have the best customer service skills I've encountered. They're very personable and always have the best attitudes. Knowing how difficult it is dealing with the public, I really respect them. read more

I had been swapping propane tanks for a few months. The last one was defective. I tried to return, but the manager, whos last name starts with H would not help me since I didn't have the receipt. I explained it was probably not good business to lose a customer for $20, but she wouldn't budge. I would not suggest using this Walgreens. read more

Honestly hate to leave a bad review but drive a little farther for a pharmacy. The ladies that work at this pharmacy are so rude and unhelpful. Won't try to look up my rx insurance information thru my husbands. I drive farther away to deal with nicer people. The last thing you want when you're sick is for people to be rude and unhelpful. This is the closest walgreens to my house but I won't fill medications there anymore. The staff in the rest of the Walgreens is great tho. read more

Lived in the area a while. I've only been to the actual pharmacy part a couple times but the service I got from the staff there was great especially Brigitte (spell check). She was awesome and assisted me with my prescription offering incredible customer service. read more

Had a rx called into CVS. They no longer accepted my insurance. Called here at 12:30 on Thursday. Man on the phone said they'd call CVS to transfer, I said great, thanks! Called back at 6 pm and found out they hadn't called yet. All of a sudden I hear the guy I spoke to yelling in the background that he told me he would get to it. Mind you I wasn't even really upset. He aggressively gets on the phone, insists he told me it wouldn't be until the evening (which he didn't). I said no you didn't. Then I said very calmly, "don't worry about it. I'll call another Walgreens". Do you believe this guy has the nerve to call me back and start berating me because he felt I was treating HIM poorly!!!!! Never again! What a jerk! Called the Walgreens down the street at Boynton Beach Blvd and they bent over backwards, were on top of it and couldn't have been nicer! This guy needs to go! He's got issues!!! read more

I was purchasing ski's for my husbands walker , they were on sale . The price rang up wrong - the cashier , Samira, was so rude . She asked me if I read the date on the sale tag correctly . She refused to get a manager to help . Finally she begrudgingly walked over to the shelf and saw that I was correct . She never apologized . I told her that I was unhappy with how rude she was to me and she said "well that is your perception, " And here is my perception - CVS! read more

Fastest Walgreens I've come across in a while. Had to go get my passport photos done the day I was suppose to get my passport renewed and it took less than 5-10 minutes! The lady even let me look at the photos and let me retake it if I didn't like it without a problem! read more

Took the lady from the pharmacy 5 minutes to come to the window. When she came to the window she gave me the dirtiest look and asked what I needed, also with an attitude. Gave her my prescription and she told me it would be ready in 2 hours. I asked if I could get it quicker and she said "what do you want?" I said 15 minutes. She said "ok" and shook her head like "whatever b." I then asked for my prescription back because I was going somewhere else. She looked like your typical Delray crackhead. I would steer clear of this place... especially with your prescription/your life. read more

I always go to this location, so you get used to seeing the same employees often. Travis and Bill have the BEST personalities, and are always smiling and helpful. I used the app to have some pictures made and they went above and beyond to get them printed out, and made sure I was taken care of. They were a great representation for the way customer service should be. read more

This Walgreens does not honor ads that are in the weekly sales flyer!! This Sunday's ad with "sale prices good Sun.,Nov.16 thru Sat.,Nov.22,2014" listed "free $10 Walgreens gift card, with card and purchase of any two Bass Pro Shops Gift Cards. Minimum purchase of 25.00 per gift card. Tonight I purchased 2 Bass Pro Gift Cards for 25.00 each, entered my rewards card number. The cashier rings it up and when I ask about the Walgreens gift card he says he doesn't know anything about it. I show him the ad, of which I followed the "rules" and he says he will have to call his manager. When the cashier called the manager overhead, the manager, Mason, says as he's coming down the aisle," What do you want?". Oh, not a good sign. He's already a little irritated before he even knows what the issue is. I explain the issue and he says he's not aware on any ad showing this. I show him the ad in the flyer he is holding. He says "I don't know what to do with this. The only way I could fix this is to refund your purchase BUT since you purchased gift cards, they are non-refundable". I tell him this is not acceptable to not honor Walgreen's ad. He then said "you can call corporate or come back tomorrow to speak to the manager". I said I thought you said you were a manager. He replies, "I'm the shift leader". I said " why can't you call the corporate office." A reasonable request I thought. He replied" because I won't"! What? Really? So, I'm expected to make a return trip or call corporate to rectify what should never have occurred? I reiterated that this was not acceptable practice. As I was leaving he sent out a parting shot" I'll make sure to make a note of that". Clearly, his "management" classes left out the part about customer service! What happened to Walgreen's slogan" AT THE CORNER OF HAPPY AND HEALTHY"? I did call the corporate office and the gentleman in customer service credited my rewards card. And was very nice and apologetic about the incident at the local Walgreens. However, that does not excuse the attitude and behavior of the shift manager at this local Walgreens. read more
