I provided two phone numbers but was not provided with a date. I found a notice on my door know that they had come by but left. I was 12 feet from the door with my dog that goes nuts when anyone knocks. Not a peep out of her. I called back to schedule and was told they would pick up between 8-11. Again, no show. I called and they said that they were sending someone out right away. 2 hours later, no show. I call back and the call (disconnected). Called again and was told that no one was available to take my call. The worst customer service to a grieving family.

H&W Drugstore More than a pharmacy--a true NOLA community…read morestaple! Rating: If you are looking to support a truly local business that cares about the community, switch your prescriptions to H&W Drugstore. They have been serving New Orleans since 1963, founded in the Lower 9th Ward by Sterling J. Henry, Sr. and Wesley J. Watkins. What I love about them is their resilience. After Katrina, they didn't just leave; they rebuilt and came back stronger in New Orleans East, Treme, and in Marrero, LA. It's that kind of dedication to our city that you don't get at CVS or Walgreens. The service is always personal and fast--they actually know your name. They take all major insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid. As a Black-owned, 50+ year institution, they represent the best of New Orleans. Supporting them means supporting a business that keeps care in the community. Highly recommend!" Locations: * East-bank: 7240 Crowder Blvd, New Orleans, LA * Treme: 1522 St Bernard Ave, New Orleans, LA, Located in: The Circle Food Market * West-bank: 1951 Barataria Blvd, Marrero, LA Just remember, they provide: * Personalized Care: Contrast the "Big Pharmacy" experience with H&W's focus on being "small enough to know you". * Ease of Transfer: Itt is easy to transfer prescriptions from national chains. * Accessibility: They accept most insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid. * Safety & Trust: H&W is a trusted, long-standing institution.

Management does not place customer service as a priority... but have caught a few in their feelings. This is a business, not a kiddie sandbox or playground... Albeit, it seems to be for elementary behavior. Customers have a right to know about this and when the behavior changes, I will gladly write a post stating this location improved. However, when its being run by kids... that will be no time soon. This store specifically is not organized the way some of the other stores in the area are. Furthermore, I saw they switched an item "without my consent" . Implementing any process without consent is inappropriate. I hope corporate recognizes the internal barriers and corrects it. This is ugly when it does not need to be. Hire professionals only. Thanks.
