on 9/27/26 at 4:30am I could not go into the store to get a receipt because the staff member said the store was closed even though it is supposed to be 24hrs. the pump did not print my receipt paper. This is ridiculous. yall need to update your store hours if you are not going to be open 24hrs. read more

Not open 24/7. Workers will rudely shoo you away and say they are closed. On multiple occasions I've gone there and saw workers inside the store with the door locked telling customers at the door that they are closed. I wouldn't advise going to this location around Midnight as they will tell you they are "closed" or even at 7:00am bright early when you need a coffee. Same thing they will tell you they are closed. Better off spending your time and money elsewhere. read more

This is probably my favorite gas station/c-store in the area. I come here like twice a week now because the little one loves the spicy boiled peanuts there. Besides that they have a froyo station, plenty of junk food and candy, beer, and decent priced premium liquor. I usually don't buy gas from here but if you do want gas they have inexpensive gas plus they have about 24 pumps so you rarely ever have to wait for one. Clean store, plenty of space outside to move around, and just the right kind of goodies inside make this Racetrac a winner all around! read more

This place is one of the WORST racetracs. Like I've gone here the past 3 times n they have been closed like wtf.

My employment often has me travelling to the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY). With that being said, I don't have to tell you how expensive airport food and drinks can be. That's why I almost always stop at this Race Trac before I head to the airport. This is a fairly new location. However, it was recently remodeled within the past 9-10 months and it's as good as any convenience store could ever be. With 24 (I think) gas pumps on site, and fuel prices that nearly rival Costco or Discount Zone, I find myself filling up my work vehicle quite often. The pumps are always busy which means that the gas is always fresh, as there is always a tank truck there dropping off a fresh load. With it's close proximity to the airport, it's also a good place to refill your rental car's tank before returning it to the airport. I've filled my Mustang GT many times (Super unleaded) and have never experience a fuel related problem. However, the inside of this store is where Race Trac truly shines. My trips here are usually in the afternoon; therefore, I am done with drinking coffee for the day. However, the coffee bar here is bigger than any convenience store I have ever visited. In fact, they have as many selections as some stand alone coffee shops. I am a big fan of the fountain drink selections here and always get me a 42 or 52 oz cup to go. They have 30 choices of fountain drinks, to include vanilla and cherry flavored syrup to add to your sodas. Furthermore, they offer sweetened and unsweetened Tetley fresh brewed tea. This is real tea, not that fake syrup infused tea product that I dislike so much (so does Shannon S.). There is a "Taste Works" hot food bar that serves pizza, grilled items and other hot meals, but I have yet to try anything. There is also a self serve frozen yogurt section that almost looks like a mini Pinkberry or Tutti Frutti, but I have not tried these either, as I am always rushing. Most times, I opt for a pre-made sandwich similar to a Mrs. Drake sandwich. The sandwiches are piled high with approximately 1 inch of meat and I can personally vouch for the chicken chipotle sandwich and the turkey and swiss on wheatberry; which is a fairly healthy choice as it does not contain any mayo and the calorie count is somewhere around 300. A small dining room (think of a mini Subway store) was added next to the entrance and I often stop for 5 minutes to scarf my sandwich down before heading out again. I can't believe I've rambled on this long about a Race Trac, but if you've read my reviews, you know I am terribly long winded (sorry). The bottom line is that you need food, snacks, drinks or gas, this location is good to go. read more

If you're going late at night this location may be randomly closed. I've met a locked door visiting at 11pm, 12am, 1am, 3am; it really is just random. The interior is always filthy. The parking lot and pumps are only sometimes filthy. The staff are friendly enough, but there's often horrendously long lines, so if you're there to get a bite before work forget about it. read more

God please bless me to where I do not get to that point in life. Please bless my children, their children, and my children's children. I decided to stop to Racetrack to get some snacks. I noticed two females and one had a stroller with a baby in the stroller. They walked to every vehicle that pulled into the parking lot. They only approached men, they asked all of them for money. Several women and I walked in and out of the store; they did not ask any of us for money. New Orleans and its surrounding areas really do not participate in crimes like that but they should know that they played a dangerous game and how could they do that with a toddler with them. That baby's face was the color of a strawberry, he was so over heated, the employees at Racetrack should have called the police or asked them to leave, just for their sake. The men had the look of a lioness on a prowl as they were approached by the two girls, and their wardrobes screamed #SheReady This would be a cool place to visit because the legit have everything, the cashier did not show great customer service, but I was impressed by the way the store is set up. I would go back if the service would have been better and if they did not allow certain dangerous games to be held outside of their business. read more

I was going to get gas here but decided to go inside and get a cold drink since it's so hot these days. Girl at the counter had attitude to spare. I got my money out to pay her and was counting out the bills on the counter to give to her and she said rudely, "Can you put the money in my hand?" I said yes and did. Real B. Hates her job. Which is fine. Just don't hate me or other customers bc you're such a rude B. By the way, I'll be getting my gas at another station thank you very much. read more

You may ask yourself, is racetrack a convenience gas station with plenty of products? Yes it is, is it open 24 hours? No it is not normally they close late in the evening and don't open back up till about 6 AM. So is it convenient, answer is no it's not. They should have a business hours posted on the doors 6 AM to 12 PM every day. read more

Sometimes from Baton Rouge to MSY, it's easier for me to take I-310 South to Airline Drive and then directly into the Rental Car Center. Racetrac in en route to fill up the tank and at very competitive prices. read more

I love Racetrac coffee. That is what I go here for, that is what I expect when I get there. This one never lets me down. I go for the extra caffinated and sometimes they have the extra shots called shotz you can add to your coffee. if you feel like giving your self a heart attack, you can find oodles of junk food, rolling on little tumblers just waiting for people to breathe on it. So hygenic. The bathrooms are usually clean. There is one woman on the night shift, that will NOT get off the phone to serve you. she doesnt even make eye contact with you. read more

The gas here is always so cheap! Whenever I am going to or from the airport I make sure to fill up. There are many pumps so you won't have to wait and the pumps are quick so you will be in and out! They take credit cards. I also feel safe here and I am verrry picky about where I pump gas alone. read more

I gas up here often as I pass through Kenner. Gas prices are reasonably good. Bathroom and store is clean. Employees are friendly, very helpful, and well dressed. Food is decent too.
