I had a script sent from a manufacturer due to a manufacturer error, I went through the pharmacy to pick it up, mind you this was the second time because the day prior the other pharmacy tech didn't know what I was talking about. Besides, Gina immediately told me "you have to come inside for that" this was not made aware to me prior as I went through the drive through, I was unable to apologize as she left to find the manager since he was the only one who apparently knew where the medication was. When she handed me my meds she repeatedly and unprofessionally told me this wouldn't happen again and I have to come inside next time. Had this information been made aware to me prior I would have no issue coming inside however this information is not posted. The fact I was treated and spoken to like a child is despicable, clearly Gina needs better training when speaking with customers. If you have a sign on the window stating customers should be nice to staff maybe CVS staff should be nice to their customers

I totally understand people wanting to be with family and loved ones on Holidays but this treatment was beyond unnecessary. Never in my life have I had an experience like this. The whole experience put a bad taste in my mouth. The young lady who checked us out was very apologetic of "Jade" and was patient and sincere. Our experience was quite the talk of the night. I had explained to the lady pharmacy clerk that I shouldn't be billed no more than $4.00 for each of my prescription except for 1 prescription. So she resubmitted the prescriptions that weren't going through correctly again and she was able to get my prescriptions covered. If she had not tried to resubmit my prescriptions I would not have been able to pay for the prescriptions and would have to go without them. I am so very thankful that the employee was not a computer or automated system because I would have not been helped. I will keep using the Walmart Pharmacy and recommending them.

Right on the downtown walking mall, in a historic building, it almost surprises you when youre walking up and all of sudden- there's the CVS. The two issues I had were (1) the low level of customer service and (2) the pricing. The first issue is when I asked if they had a particular item - AFTER LOOKING MYSELF - the girl simply stared at me like I was a moron. Hey- sorry to bother you. I'll let you get back to pushing back your cuticles at the counter and daydreaming out the window. The second issue pertains to the prices which, even though they are a corporation - seemed really high for me in terms of other places I have been to. I don't know if rent is really high in the area, or they have to pay a hefty amount for the items - but it just felt like I was paying out of my nose for everyday items.
